Multiple Builders on 1 Upgrade.

Just wanted to throw this idea out there even though it may have already been pitched. One of the biggest things that I struggle with is the wait times during the upgrades. It really takes a lot to stay motivated when your upgrades are taking 4+ days. It would be nice to put multiple builders on 1 upgrade thus reducing the time needed to upgrade. Say for instance your upgrade takes 4 days with 1 builder. Allow us to choose another builder to work on the upgrade and cut the time in half so it would only take 2 days. If we wanted 3 builders to work on the project make the upgrade only take 1/3 of the time and 1/4 with 4 builders if you are lucky enough to have that many. Just a way I think would motivate people to continue playing and save/buy gems.

This is ruled out and also people wouldnt need to buy gems anymore. They buy their five builders but then nothing more really if they nevvvvver need gems to cut the time of builds anymore.

Valid point. Why not incorporate the use of gems to be able to use multiple builders?

Most likely because Supercell already has a (expensive) way to speed things up, and they don't want to lose profit from people taking the cheaper alternative.

Also, if you think about it, what would be the benefit of having multiple builders work on one build? You'd end up using the same amount of gold (if using all builders on one, multiple times, vs using all at same time on different things), and you'd end up with the same ratio of active builder time to inactive builder time.

OK yea sorry. I interpreted what was ruled out a little differently I guess. Valid point about the amount of time being virtually the same. It is about the money also, so I can understand why they wouldn't want you to do this.

Hey- at least you actually went to read what was ruled out. :)
Thats more than most people for their first ideas.

Just FYI, this thread has the ruled out ideas, along with explanations for why they are ruled out.
