The Bank of Clash

I don't have a troop idea or a spell idea, I was thinking it would be nice to have a bank per clan where they can store troops already made up. This way they wouldn't have to waste them if no one was on to request them. Maybe have it store so many housing spaces so it wouldn't be unlimited, they would have to figure out what is a good troop to store. After your clan hits a certain amount of wins they will be able to store more troops. The bigger the clan, the more they can store.
