How often do you revenge?

Just a quick poll to see how often most people revenge. Kinda semi inspired by Pingfao's revenge thread. Personally, I revenge all the time. Most of the people who attack me are weak TH 9s that come away with half of my loot and have crappy bases with gold/pink walls and level 4/5 mortars.
I also get raided quite a bit by strong TH 9s, but I ignore that ;).
For the purposes of this thread answer the poll and then write down some of your typical revenge attacks.
Here are some of mine:
The Torrent:

The Base: Weak TH 9 with gold walls, poor defences eg: Level 2 wizard tower etc, one lvl 1 X-bow in the middle of the base.
Just a square outside another square, mortars, X-bow, storages in the middle. Mines and other defences outside perimeter.

The Army: 10 WallBreakers, 8 giants, 140 goblins (All level 5) 1 rage spell.

The Attack: Deploy 8 giants, then spam 6 wallbreakers in behind to ravage gold walls. Then flood 70 goblins into the busted open core. Drop a rage spell and the flood the remaining 70 goblins.

The Result: 80k Gold, 270k Elixir, 1000 DE. Smily Rating: :) :) :) :)

Alti's overnight special

I train these troops every night, or some variant of it.

The Base: Weak TH 9, pink and purple walls so not as bad, dual lvl 1 X-bows set on ground, extremely exposed air defences, 1 on each corner.

The Army: Four lvl 1 drags, 20 lvl 1 minions, 4 Balloons, 60ish archers. Lightning

The Attack: Spread archers around each corner, take out airdefences. Plop a drag on each corner, along with a ballon in support. Then spread out minions and watch them defecate on his storages.

The result: 250k Gold, 260k Elixir, 300 DE Smily Rating: :) :) :).

The lucky Gem

I had my normal farming army and just checked my fresh revenges from attacks over night. Found this utter beauty.

The Base: Average TH 8, egg crate design with segmentations between most buildings. Good point defence but poor wizard towers.

The Army: 30 barbs, 30 archers, 10 giants, 10 Wallies, Rest goblins. 1 rage spell.

The Attack: put in archer to test for clan castle, no troops there. Send in giants, then all my Wallies to blow compartments.
Spam barbs to distract point defences, archers spread out in support. Now storage compartments are blown drop gobs in short bursts, before milking all recourses and surrendering at 45%.

The result: 380k gold, 460k elixir, 200 DE Smily Rating: :) :) :) :) :) .

I only revenge if I lose a decent amount of loot. Never touch anyone that shields me. If they hit me with full force spells and high level troops for only a few k resources i'll attack if the loot is worth it just to show them how it's done.

I only revenge when the loot he have is equivalent or more than the loot he got from me.

Atm I dont revenge since I get defense wins, little resource loss and weak attackers (rushed th8 and 9)

For some reason and this is always happening to me, the person is either online, has an active sheild or none of these and has very little loot. I don't back away from revenging higher levels but mostly the higher levelled people that attack me are premature.

I revenge anyone I see with high loot.

I never revenge free shields:)

As often as I see the players name on my revenge list of course, most of the time just once. Lol. Well I always revenge whenever I get a chance, I'd say I revenge 80% of the list.

I rarely revenge. It is usually quicker to just find a TH 7 with good loot in plain old matchmaking.

I never revenge. But I just realized that when revenging, you don't have that find a match gold cost.:eek:

I revenge when there is 150k gold+. Unless the guy is a maxed TH8 or a strong TH9.

I revenge when that guy fails to raid my village or weaker than me (and has tons of loot) or breaking the shield when I'm about to raid, its free!

Not worth the time it takes to scroll through the whole list finding nothing but 'They are online' or 'they have a shield'.

My revenge log only has about 5 possible attacks on it because I hit everyone that attacks me when they have good loot. When I'm cooking troops I'll try to revenge every base. If I can get 125k gold or more, I'll attack.

i also like to save revenges in case they let collectors fill up. i stalk people with level 11 mines.

i also save a revenge or two in case i use all my money accidentally and don't have the gold to search

I like revenging TH9s, they give me a nice little flag that I can sit on for weeks while preparing for their demise.
