Expanded Role of Invitations

Currently, you can only invite rogue members not associated with a clan. Please modify this programming rule and allow for the ability to search clans and offer invites to clans with less than 10 members, or individual members within the small clan. This will improve a clans ability to recruit members that have a clan castle but are unable to war. This will give small clans, less than 10, the ability to merge into larger clans capable of warring. Medium and large clans will be able to expand and recruit. The end result is more wars, more enjoyment, and this is good for clash of clans and supercell.
