More options in chat window should be added

i got some ideas for chat window to improve the discussion and the communication between clanmates

1. Add Topic option chat window with limit word so that everyone in the clan can see what is written by either co-leader or leader. This could get more attention by the one who set the topic for the clan where the clan description is inconvenient to check because it's hidden is clan castle. to me i think people are lazy to open clan castle and check the description to see the rules or information post by leader or co-leaders.
2. Add another chat room for OP discussion. Clanmates can be added into this discussion room at limit number by leader(only) or particularly for leader and co-leaders only to make any discussion about the clan.
3. Add private message. This option is very useful for COC-er but will add more work load to the server.
4. Add option in the clan for rewarding top donors either gems(small amount 1-10gems) or resources which is given by clanmates who are willing to give. This option is to encourage the donor and to compensate the lost to the donation.

i would like to see all mates give some comments about this thread and add more ideas :D

In regards to #2, an elder+ chat has already been ruled out, a list of which can be found here:

I'm not sure if they are considering reworking any other aspects to the chat system as of now ( My tiny iPhone screen can only take so many chat windows!)

In regards to the top donor getting a small reward, this would be great for clans that run like well oiled machines, however some less organised clans, with less mature players may suffer. If I'm the only one on and someone requested Max balloons an hour ago, what's to stop me from throwing/filling his request with my Lv 1 giants just to boost my donations? There are clans that do this already though with giftcards and the like.

*Increase clan size: 75 or 100 are most common requests
* Separate Elder+ chat tab in-game

*Have clan war troop donations count towards donation statistics
