My guess:
1. US
2. China
3. UK/Australia
4. Other countries?
India, Indonesia and Philippines are most likely quite high as well.
It's pretty popular in South Africa
Why not Europe too.
Antarctis doesn't have many players, penguins are so clumsy that they get stuck in the tutorial
