Yes 1 of them could but lvl13 ATs cost 7.5 million gold each so the other 3+ needed to be farmed post update.

After the update elixir has become harder to come by for reasons already mentioned. A way for everyone to help is to leave your TH outside undefended. We all benefit ... nothing lost except trophies and they don't matter unless your pushing. So everyone help out and help yourselves by leaving your TH out.
Only need a few words:
loot suxx worse than ever.
Please fix, supercell.
Supercell keep in mind: WHEN PLAYERS MAKE TONS OF LOOT THEY UPGRADE FASTER AND ARE MORE LIKELY TO GET TO THE POINT WHERE THEY BUY GEMS. (Townhall 8-10 players find upgrades more expensive and buy gems) . Deny players loot, u are robbing your own profits because players will get bored of clicking next... I know I am.
While I agree that it takes skilled farming (knowing what troops to build, what bases to attack, how to attack a specific base, etc.) to fill your tanks quickly. My post was intended to put things into perspective for players who feel the economy has tanked, but in reality it hasn't it has just been made untouchable, and has been for some time.
As far as peoples' progression, I don't doubt that starting/finishing 4 level 13 archer towers is impossible, but I'm sure there are some gem users in the mix somewhere in there.
A lot of players still set in the younger town hall days (especially TH7, 90% from TH6, 100% from TH7, and 120% from weak or abandoned TH8), the economy for the lower levels is definitely a lot more abundant and stable. The, "diminishing" resources available for loot begins at TH8, and then just goes in a downward spiral from there on.
Players need to analyze and assess what they need/want to do. Need gold, gold is easy, don't hit next so many times and raid anything with close to 100K+. The only thing that sucks gold out of your storages is being attacked and hitting next. Nothing else will take gold out of your storages (except for upgrades, but I'm not including that because it's not detrimental to your progress), except for those factors, can't control how badly you get hit up per attack, but you can control how many times you hit next.
Need elixir, the only thing that takes elixir away from you is your troops and spells. Limit the use of spells, make cheaper armies, or even make a full dark elixir army if you can afford it.
I can go on with dark elixir, but I think we all know where I'm going with this. At TH8 and beyond, there's no more, loot is coming in faster than I can spend it, you have to micromanage and pick something and work towards it, and then move onto the next.
If you (the general player) only focus on finding bases that have 400K in total resources and 1500 dark elixir that's easily up for grabs every time you go raiding, then you're going to deplete your gold stock constantly and that xbow level 3 will only be just a dream.
Have to form tunnel vision and just go after one resource at a time while at the same time, controlling what you can control to keep the detrimental expenditures down to a minimum. Simple business economics.
The rest is all up to luck. How lucky are you to come across nothing but loaded bases that has defenses equivalent to that of a th6, or how lucky are you that your troops will path exactly how you planned the battle to go, etc.
Do this and you'll make a poor 300K GPH and go nowhere (or backwards) in elixir. Over the course of a day, if you play for 2 hrs, you'll go nowhere in gold and backwards in elixir (due to lost resources in raids and cost of resetting traps).
Kiss your dreams of an xbow level 3, goodbye.
I agree with the logic that everyone should leave their TH outside. If you have no loot, at least players can snipe your TH and take you out of the nexting list without any great loss to anyone. If you're going to be offline for a few hours, eventually your collector/mines will get enough loot to make it worthwhile for someone to wipe you, so being sniped early is a win-win for everyone.
Ehh. Silly rabbit! You need to think your idea through better. People raid collectors cause it is easy and profitable. A normal collector raid nets you from 200-300k of each. That can cover a whole lot of nexts! And you can train that army in 20 minutes and costs at most 80 k elixir.
But suppose they did implement massive league bonus. Would farming die and people resort to raiding their own th level? No! They would still crank out a fast cook army and attack guys in the league a level or two below. I can 2-3 star a th8 with barch easily!
Your comment of th7 cost vs th10 upgrade cost by day made me laugh! Was from an earlier post of yours. I thought of a few arguments - compare archer tower costs, next costs, army costs, what ever. But why bother. I don't mind teaching my kid in second grade basic math. No desire to do that with a total stranger.
Last on managing the queue- again you speak with out any clear understanding. Go read up on indexes and querying mass data. The servers don't have time to search the entire database everytime you hit next. They have to pull from subsets of data. No server is randomly polling a couple of million records every time some guy in the world hits next.......
new thread? poll for good / bad loot? th9 and up?
Exactly, there is not loot or nexting probem. All is fine....
As to the rest of it. It sounds more like you addressed the post in order to berate me, rough day?
The league bonus was for higher leagues to encourage higher townhalls to compete with each other. Th8 who could easily be barched would be dissuaded from being up there and if they chose to well the would pay everytime they were in matchmaking and I wouldn't need to next past them.
The th7 was off use th8 I didn't bother to amend it after review. If you isolate gold costs th8 requires a higher daily intake than th10 before the new towers. My overall point is the further along you are in a game it is usually, by design, more difficult and it is in this case and it's not excessively difficult.
Your description of how the queue likely works sounds a lot like a deck of cards being shuffled....
I would like to understand your motives if you would indulge me. Your previous posts in the thread and others seem to support many of the ideas I listed. Is it because I listed them that you now appear to be violently opposed?
