OP: dont bother its no use arguing, even I have faced same thing not once but several times (doing million plus gold searches), but there are a fixed set or guys who will rush into any thread to prove loot is awesome & you are not knowing how to play...either they are planted by SC themselves to fend any negative views or they just wanna argue, so dont bother. just exit the game for some time & collect you drills till the time you get bored doing even that, have a chat with your friends in clan, put your collectors well protected & dont bother complaining here...
Edit: those few who were trying to make a difference to the game have already given up in the loot thread...
Everyone is hating on you because there is no way you spent 2 million gold nexting and didn't find one single raidable base. No one is going to believe that. If you want help and you say your troops are max I would suggest moving to Master 3 and doing a Loon/Minion combo there. You have a nice league bonus and can easily farm gold, elixir, and dark.
I might have stated this earlier in this thread (too many loot threads to count) but I was able to do all 3 xbow upgrades from level 3 to level 4 in about a weeks time. I don't boost or sit online either. I raid I cook troops and log off until my troops and 2 rage spells are ready. You also don't need hero's to loon.
oops my bad:rolleyes:....
seriously though ..... why expect to be able to loot storages on TH9's and th10's with spells from TH7 or 8.....
I'm sure upgrading those spells, would bring more bases into the "lootable" category for the op, especially as he does not want to upgrade his hero's past lvl6 at this moment for some reason......
I know spells cost elxir, and are not the only answer, but they would def help him out, and possibly bring a bit of fun, or satisfaction into the game for him ........
So for fun I logged onto my th09 account which has everything maxed but hero's and walls.
I decided to search for bigfoot. The "Big" inactive base so many on here say they find after a few next's and support their building habit's with.
Here's what I found.
First one showed up at 27 nexts.
Th09 with 112k gold 146k elix and 441dk
I passed because that didn't seem like the big one.
67 more "nexts" and I found a Th08 with 275k gold and 201k elix and 1300 dark.
I took it.
I went where some people suggested and I'm not sure how they support keeping all 5 builders busy on inactive's.
Unless I'm in the wrong range, I'm in crystal 3 at 2033 trophies.
I did however pass a few 200k+ bases but I was strictly searching for inactive's.
Inactive's are more like a treat if you find one now.
For the record this was just for me to see how far I had to go. I'm actually not complaining about loot on my th09 account.
My Th10 though...That's a whole different problem.
Edit:
First next after this post.
Great loot

You're assuming that gem purchasers fall into 2 categories: a minority that gem the hell out of their bases so they cap out in a matter of a few months (or less), and the majority that use it for boosting barracks. I would think that the people who understand the true value of gems--that boosting barracks yields the highest ROI over any other use--are also more inclined to get by on as minimal gem purchasing as possible. I am one of those people who understand this, and I also understand that I can get by on the game-created gems as I don't always need to be boosting every time I farm. It's all speculation either way, but I'm fairly certain that 80% numbers you're thinking of falls in line with those who may get builder huts, or speed up a TH construction, or instantly replenish resources. It's not a economically smart use of their resources, but those are the ones who are willing to purchase them over and over, as they are getting a poor return on their investment and require more as they become depleted often. The uninformed gamer makes for the best customer.
