The NEW one and only loot is good or bad thread

I can understand people coming to this forum to express their concerns about their ability to farm economically and make progress in the game. I can understand people being disappointed when their clanmates leave the game because they cannot make any progress in the game. I can understand people regretting the loss of the fun factor in the game due to the slow progress they are making, and who try to discover whether things might change by accessing this forum.

But what motivates someone to come onto this forum to vehemently deny that there are any problems and to argue so emphatically that all is well? To take time out of a game they are really enjoying, and making rapid progress in, to write at length about the falsity of claims made by others that loot is scarce.

It seems a weird thing to do unless they are getting tired of forging through the game at a high rate of knots and feel the need to let go at the saddos who are having problems with the game.....

We all know why. I know, for sure, one person who does it to troll. As in, I know them. No guessing.

The rest are either trolling too or shills.

Although what I preficted seems to be coming true. SC put a minuscule amount if loot back in the game and some people are "happy" now.

Loot is still terrible...Fix it already SC.

Good question. Historically there have always been complaints about loot. For the most part the comments were predictable on every thread. What has happened recently is that people seem to be turning it into a slanging match.

I doubt that both extremes are true for the majority of the time. However that said loot is/ can be highly variable. The fact that we are so many pages in and no agreement had been reached as to what is / isnt good is depressing.

At TH10 you just wasted 200,000 gold. Better hope you find a 400+ to make it worth it.

I will wait a good 200 nexts if needed or more if I'm in the mood. I like to farm a few times during the day, for 2-4 hour sessions depending on free time and I usually farm between 1700-2100 trophies.
Like I said it's nothing to be upset over, sharing loot findings player to player is what I'm trying to do here. TH10 is going to be harder one day, for anyone who decides to go there.

Pressing next 200 times as a TH9???
Are you seriously telling me, a TH10 spending more gold nexting than yourself, to keep pressing the button to find a good raid?? it matters not how long im online whether its 10 minutes or 10 hours... the raids are continually the same.

You've heard of the word 'profit' yes? At TH10 this is rare... rare indeed.

im not even gonna touch on the facts that this is a mobile game not a job and that the very company that make it want attacking similar level of players to be the norm but don't reward you when you do, just strangle you when you don't.

Sorry bud but you cant say you have an idea what raiding as a TH10 is like then tell me you have no experience at it.

not making an enemy of you either but if you have to press the button 200 times to find a good raid then the system is broken

I have to disagree. For myself, and the people that I know that play its not highly variable. It just plain stinks. Good on the people who are finding it though. Wish it was me.

I might be crazy, but it sure seems for me that time of day matters. Morning through the day in the US stinks, but at night I clean up. Could be my own selective memory, but it sure seems true. I've given people my exact range and strategy, but they don't find the bases I do. There has to be some sort of reason why.

There is no problem with mods or bots... Move on, nothing to see here, couldn't possibly be affecting the game economy....

This is my experience as a th8.

As the days roll by, it gets harder and harder. at first i didnt have a problem at all. I was wondering what all the fuss was about. However now it is apparent that things are drying up and drying up fast. Periodically i was able to find abandoned bases which really helped me out. Now im not so lucky at all. it takes a very long time to find a base worth 150k in resources. and when i do find these bases, the defense is so good i usually only bank 50-60% of the resources. this leaves me with 75kish. Since barching is no longer as effective, i use a suitable army(giants wiz archers gobs etc). this eats up my elixer drastically. When i log off after a raid to go about my daily buisness, i get raided. if its a TH9 the probability of them 3 staring me is very high. if ive been saving up for an upgrade then im pretty much screwed off 3 hours of raiding.i try not to use spells because if i do my elixer income becomes negative.

the best thing to do is stay up until 3am and raid. however; lately even this has not helped. last night i couldnt find anything at all. things were so scarce i felt like will smith in " I am legend".

I find the people who are saying loot is good are the ones with their bases decked out because they upgraded their defenses during the "golden area" and can now have open season on us peons. Assure me when i say; supercell will lose alot of new comers if this keeps up. I consider myself an intelligent raider, and yet still i cant get a reasonable income. I can only imagine all the other less skillful players in the game. I also realize that as a th8, earning enough resources is supposed to be real easy. If th9 is anything like what im experiencing now i dont want to continue.

Does anyone have any suggestions on what i can do? I am thinking about posting pics here on showing all my raids and searches. will that help with this issue? looking for input here. supercell where are you guys?
