The NEW one and only loot is good or bad thread

this game is turning me into a bully :eek:

I went away this last weekend and dumped trophies down to BII from CI because I had nearly maxed gold and 5 mil pink. I didn't want to be raided continually while I was away. I've been slowly making my way back up by trying to hit inactive bases rather than bullying little guys.

Then I got to S1/G3 and noticed that the raiding there is actually a lot easier. I can clear Th8 bases with barch and my lv 10/11 heroes. I've been th9 for a couple months and have maxed x-bows and getting close to maxed wizard towers, but mostly I'm like a maxed th8 (with all my new stuff leveled up to match and a lv11 archer queen).

I like to hang around C2/3 or G1 but I'm recognizing that it is more profitable to just stay low and hit premmie th9 bases or th8 bases. When I am up higher I try not to pick on the little guys and hit only th9 (unless it is an abandoned base or there is so much loot in a th8 I can't say no). But the loot has been so bad that I'm considering just staying down here to farm and hitting bases below me.

So is that it? Does this game encourage picking on the little guy? IF I can pull 300K or one resource or the other versus grinding for 100-150K or using more expensive armies for the same.

The context is you disagreeing constantly with loot complainers. Then you posted your loot. Are you trying to prove that loot is bad? If so, great job! :p

Btw, and if you are a casual raider, then you still have no basis to argue against loot complainers. How would you know if loot is really good or bad if you are a self-admitted casual raider? :confused:

The SuperCell Mod's are nothing more than pitchmen and the game is a gas up until TH-8,TH-9,then you can trash it,and move on....

What are you even talking about?
Even a barch army takes 20+ minutes to make. So that's 3 attacks per hour at best. And that not including next'ing and attacking time, so more like 2 attacks per hour. Somewhere between 2 and 3 anyways, less for a decent army.
If you got even 300k/300k each attack that's not even a million per hour.

Considering a barch army with 2 barracks to barbs and 2 to archers yields a full army every 20.33 minutes unboosted, you'd be saying that you need to see bases with 350k gold that's easy to take (i.e. collectors and storages exposed) with barbs and archers every time you attack (to get 1 mil gold/hr). This was only possible back in the day with the loot bonus multiplier which has now been removed. That is an unrealistic number to attain consistently over a long period of time. I think the replay logs of Coathanger are valid good loot in the new loot regime.

Yes. The game design and risk/reward structure absolutely encourages attacking down, and it always has.

No the context of the pic was a person asking for my log with headstones in view.

I do not devote my entire life to this game. Casual or hardcore varies on a day to day basis.

If I was bragging I would have also included this pic where my XP is a week or so away from the one displayed with the headstone. Oh look the pic is casual with awesome loots.:rolleyes:http://i.imgur.com/o7vUvyZ.jpg

Loot is great for me every 10-20 next I find a 400-800k combined raid in gold 2 as a th8 using barch
