Well Google denied my refund. I guess I'm switching allegiances to ios as soon as I need a new device. It's not about the money for me but the fact services have been ♥♥♥♥ after spending money. I easily spent more money in Castle clash and clash of lords 2 and never even dreamed of requesting a refund because for one I always received the support from IGG when I needed it. Google has denied my request, my appeal and even ignored to look here when I pointed the representative towards this thread.
This is a snippet from the Google representative which I might follow through with. Unfortunately Google is making a massive amount of money from clash of clans and the request will go through empty ears but it might be enough for someone to blink an eye if everyone submits below.

Either way I learned my lesson to never spend a dime again.
So I decided to move up on trophies from Gold 1 / Crystal 3 over to Crystal 1 / Master 3. So far the experience is by poor to say the least. Most bases I have encountered over the past few days have been 30k-80k of each with the majority of the times its hovering around 50k gold / elixir bases. It is almost impossible to progress when most these bases are max defenses which would require an army and spells that would easily push over 200k+ Elixir. I find my self just nexting over a sea of 50k millionaire bases. There is no progression because elixir will always be running at a deficit you can barely break even. My guess is this was supercell's ultimate goal because in a sense they force you to gem resources whether its elixir to keep up with army costs or gold to be able to upgrade units. I don't mind this game not being a sprint and having to take my time collecting gold and elixir over the span of a few days to be able to afford an upgrade. The way the system is currently there is just nothing but 30k - 80k bases. The trophy and bonus system is a joke because with the amount of resources each base has you'd need to triple or quadruple the bonus in each league to make it actually matter. Obviously supercell will never increase the loot bonus because it will just make people buy less gems which will hurt their revenue. This game has become a pay to play. In a sense what should be done is they should just have a monthly fee for the game that way they can do things like increase league bonus's and still not hurt their bottom line. The only way for this game to survive.
I got $100 from Apple... even though I spent way more than that. The only reason I was even able to get it is because I requested a refund with the 90 day window. They said it was a one time exception and that all future in-app purchases will be final. Rather disappointing.
So i spent a good 2 hours yesterday BARCHing between Crystal III/II. For the most part, I broke even. Between the nexting (TH10) and only really getting back what I lost for the troops. So, I've gone up to Master III, and back down to Gold II. Looks to be the same. Finding a few bases here and there but nothing to write home about.
Sad that this game is starting to lose it's appeal for most. I said before and I will say it again... I'm giving them until Christmas to resolve this in some way. After that, It will be an open base for you guys to have enjoy!
After a week of spending loads of gold on nexting, today´s evening loot just got back to normal for me ^^
I'm doing something similar, I dropped the game yesterday but I will watch the forums for a month or so to see if anything changes. I'm not optimistic.Quote:
