Two data points!!!
It's a trend.
Worryingly you loot is going down!
Your next raid would have been only 200k gold and 130k elixir!!!
(also you're level 67, so what TH7 or TH8? is there ANYONE at TH7 or TH8 complaining about loot?)

Good write up, but I disagre with your last point, re it will rebalance as people quit. Here's why:
Using your example, which player is more likely to quit?
A) The 1 player with the new X-Bow or
B) The 8 other players who's loot was stolen (to fund the X-Bow)
Of course it's (B). As those "lambs" quit, the "lion" needs to hunt harder and longer, to find the same loot. Sound familiar?
TH8, but I only have two of each storages built. I don't see a need for the other ones until I hit TH9.
With all the loot 'comments' jammed into one thread, I don't know, nor do I care to read about, who, specifically, is complaining. To me, the loot looks fine.
Yep, the overall demand for gold has been pretty flat since the introduction of lvl10 and lvl11 walls. If anything production has increased since then - league bonus. That was a long time ago! But i still hold that by trying to make stores raids more profitable they made loot worse. The more profitable stores raids become, the more attractive cheap th shields become. Then by offering free gems for hitting a certain cup range encourages people to th snipe. So I got a whole bunch of people just waiting to snipe my th. People that have no business attacking me.
Thank you for being there loot! I will come see you again, and again, and again, and again....
