Saying that if there wouldn't have change... they would close all topic about loot... for me it is kind of aknowledging there is a problem and they are working on it AND they can take at least 2 min to tell us they have been brainstorming...

at least there is a minimum of feedback...


"we are looking into it" is not enough as a minimum... but explaining how things are going at their headquarter is...

just simple as that in my thought

it's been 6 weeks of complaints and we get 3, count 'em, 3 responses from SuperCell saying "we're looking into it."

I would only be 1/6th as angry as I am about the whole thing if SuperCell opened a suggestion thread and was active inside of it.



And also, lol, they removed my comment saying which game was better than Clash...:rolleyes:

Don't take posts like his as representative of us all ;)

My clan has been wondering about loot especially for the last week or two, so I logged in today to see what the latest discussions were about. I saw Steve's responses earlier and reported back to clan. Many in my clan chat are happy to hear official acknowledgement looking into what we were thinking too.

It stands to reason (for me anyway), that the Elixir to walls change needs to bake for a couple weeks to see how it affects things before major changes. I'm sure discussions about economy changes are pretty much always on going.

Something nice like cheap 1wk collector boost over Halloween would be welcomed while we wait though! Hint Nudge Hint :p;):cool:

I don't wonder why there wasn't a response.

An appropriate response would have been to say something like this.

"We appreciate the frustration that some of you have been experiencing with loot of late. We acknowledge that there is an issue and are working diligently to make the loot system better and more equitable for everyone.

We at Super Cell take your concerns seriously but can not communicate everything we are doing all the time. Please understand that your issues are our issues and we are all working towards making the best game possible."

That would have sent most of the forum community to heaven. We can say, yes they get it! They are working on it. What you said sounded like it came out of frustration and gave us no real information.

Please understand, you guys have all the info, we are in the dark, we don't even know if this is what you intended to do. Communication is a key part of dealing with your customers. It's a part you guys don't do very well.

Exactly. And I hope they're sick of hearing about the loot problem, because we're sick of dealing with it. If they would go ahead and actually acknowledge the problem, it would alleviate some frustration for all parties.

Hello Anoushka.

The issue for is thus...

Supercell have been looking into loot as an "issue" for a long time.

The player community are still not sure what you have found - we dont know your position. Is there a problem? Are we being too demanding? What is you view?

We dont need to know what the solution is...but it would be nice to know what SC think about our claims there is a loot drought...It should not take months to look into an issue...but SC seem to expect the player community to wait months for any such response...that is why you get irate responses...you kinda ask for it by not being appreciative of the acute annoyance some are feeling right now as a result of not having a clue on what side of this loot argument SC sit...
