Barb King Re-edit

Recently I have upgraded my barb king to level 5, during this time, my clan proceeded to do our next clan war. To my suprise, when the war started, I was unable to use my barb king. I know what you are thinking, well he was upgrading so you weren't able to use him. But, for example, when a cannon is upgrading to level 11, the person will get a functional level 10 cannon for the clan war. When a wizard tower is being upgraded to level 6, the person will get a level 5 wizard tower for the war, and so on. Why if you are still able to use defences during Clan Wars while they are being upgraded, you cannot use your heros? I feel that this should be changed in the following update(s) because it is a problem. When you lose the Clan War because you are only able to get a 1 star instead of a 2 star on an opponents base because your hero is being upgraded, it gets kind of annoying.

My barb king is level 1 and when I upgrade it this will be annoying since my clan goes to war a lot

It will continue to become more critical as you upgrade higher, and the time per upgrade increases

I agree. Tons of people have posted similar threads lately but to me that's a good thing. This needs to change. It follows the induced logic that defenses undergoing upgrade still work at the previous level and even though the BK is more than just a defensive structure, it makes sense along the same line.

Hmmm... I wonder why no one's ever thought of this...
