How long does it take Supercell to......

How long does it take Supercell to respond to an email regarding a problem? I sent it on the 19th and still have not heard from them?

Customer support sucks. I hear itd usually around 3-4 months

They needed a week to check my global chat set to which country. I think now is better than before

Yeah my friend tried once and it actually took closer to half a year to get a response.

I don't know they may have a lot of other emails that theyve gotten. There are 7 billion people in the world and around 9 billion of them play their games. So lots of emails from 9 billion people

I actually got my named changed in the past couple months. Does take a couple weeks but they will answer, I promise.

Its probably the worst customer support on this planet to say the least, but from what I heard the average wait time for a simple reply is around 2 months. This is for one reply, most of the times that one reply seems automated and doesn't answer anything related to your question.

How? I know it's only an estimate but to be a little more accurate out of the 7 billion people on this earth nearly 9.3 billion of them play this game. You can imagine how that can take a toll on the customer service aspect.
