People dont attack me much now that i have lvl 6 wiz, quite a good break
Definitely worth it. Especially now their attack is fixed since the update. They're good deterrents against tier 1 troop attacks
I had all three upgrading at once. Last one will finish in less than 24hours. Wait till you have to get 5 million each for lvl 7.
Lvl6 can one-shot lvl 4 and 5 archers, as lvl5 wizzie will one-shot archers only from lvl 1 to 3. :)
if you're already in pain with the lvl 6 Wiz tower, just wait for the pricetag of a level 7 wiz tower, or better yet, a lvl 3 xbowQuote:

That's a sigh of relief. I'm glad they're worth it because I just upgraded to th8 and th9's absolutely destroy my base, especially with the barb archer combo. I just started my second on to lvl 5 now I think I'm going to try and save to get the lvl 6 started today too
Try saving 6m then 8m for the xbow upgrades.
Can't imagine many of the people who have level 3 xbows saved for them and waited the 14 days twice. ;)
Xbows are overrated. Prioritize Wiz Tower 7s and Mortar 7s over them. <_<
Heck, I would even put Tesla 7 before that worthless bow. :P
The telsa ROF is pretty close to the x-bow ROF.
I never get attacked, though I have a max TH8 base with the addition of a few TH9 buildings. Currently working on X-Bow upgrades, haven't touched anything else yet. I see it as getting rid of the hardest/most expensive/longest upgrade times first and then have it easy doing the wiz/mortar/other stuff. To each their own I guess.

Level 3 X-bows are game-changers. Just doing mine now ( allthough I wonder how long I have patience to wait on construction... The gold is steep, still raidable though. but 14 days... Sheesh. ) but I have raided lots of bases with them, and they make a huge difference. Even level 2 are very powerfull. Especially after this last update, where they added a 4th air defense and yet another air-mine and the need for setting the X-bows on both air and ground targets therefore almost disappeared.Quote:

Well a level 6 Wizard tower looks quite menacing, but then again, so does a level 7 Mortar. The mortar is ~600k more as well.Quote:
