Change to Lava Hounds. Supercell an idea for you

Just curious what you guys think on the Lava Hounds.
From what I have read it is not very popular and a main reason is because it does not last long. At TH9 it does ok. At TH10 it is pretty much useless and here is why.

This is is supposed to be an air golem right so Lets look at the Golem.
What hurts golems the most? Xbows? Giant bombs? None of the other weapons do real damage except for single target infernos.

How about the Hound? Seeking air mines? Yes. Air d? yes. Single target infernos? Yes. And there are how many seeking air mines? how many air D? Plus the infernos. The golem has to worry about 2 infernos and thats it while the hound has 10 times as many things to worry about.

Now how to make this fair and make a bit of sense shouldn't the Lava Hound be invincible to the Infernos? I mean it is a LAVA hound. Why would fire hurt fire? It is made out of lava so if anything it should gain health from an inferno. This would make it a bit more fair but even still it would not be anywhere near as good as a golem.

I agree, especially since Air hounds run towards the nearest air defense really quickly Infernoes take them out quickly (Based on educated guessing, neer saw any video of it yet). I think the single inferno shouldn't be able to hurt them or only do a certain percentage of damage.

Very neat idea. Someone who actually suggests something instead of just "Hound sux plz more HP"

It's not infernos that give them the problem. It's the high DPS of air defenses that cause the problem.

Golems don't have to worry about getting shot at by air defenses. And hardly anyone sets their infernos to single-target anyway.

A maxed-out, level 3 Inferno Tower on multi on does a puny 42 DPS to Lava Hounds. Whereas an air defense does a whopping 320 DPS.

So yes, it is the HP of the Lava Hound that needs to be adjusted since their favorite target has such a high DPS.

It make senses. However, immunity to the strongest defense out there probably OP. If it's immunity to Infernos, then 1xbow is the only different between Th9 and Th10 in defense against Lava.

Why not take it a step further and have inferno towers heal the lava hounds i mean they are both fire.

I suggest 5%, 10%, 15% miss chance for buildings :)
