Does SC even care about the Chat system?

The chat system in CoC is so bad that people are being forced to use third party apps to talk about Clash of Clans. SC is not seeing this huge potential, people could use the game to play and chat rather then leaving to another app to talk about Clash.

If you go around many farming and trophy pushing clans, they have set up their own forums or made it a requirement to have a Third Party App to join their clan. I know one clan kicked out all the members who did not use "???".

- Adding a unique identifier to every player means we can send personal mails to whoever we want. Killing many third party apps that we are using right now to talk to our clan members.
- Adding a Clan War Chat option would make war even more FUN! Yes, I can see how this could be abused, but that is no excuse when you look at Global chat. If SC is worried about this then just give the Leader/Co/Elder the option to block or remove chat if its being abused. This is simple to go around.
- Global chat is a complete mess, remove it and replace it with something better. (So many great suggestions in idea section)

We need a complete overhaul of the chat system in Clash.
