OMG, that is the first suggestion I have ever seen that made sense. So present the hopper number as a positive so that COC is not posting negative stats. And you covered both sides of the opinion. Because the truth is that there are those that think hopping is good;Quote:

If you have a problem with people coming in, requesting and leaving just do not donate to the new guys right away. Leave the request open and quite soon the fellow gets the message. Couple of hours a fellow joined the clan I am currently, he did not say anything but requested right away. There was couple of request open before his request so decided to see how he acts. He did not donate and after couple of minutes left as was expected. The only problem we had was the two lines in the clan chat. I would not call that much of a problem.
I do not like punishments as they could easily be misused in the opposite way. Recruit from global and then harrass the recruits that entered to your clan. If they get a penalty on leaving you can laught at their problematic situation.

Hoppers are part of the game...get use to it and learn how to deal with one.
