Money I spent is now gone, I want my money back!

Hello,

I've bought gems few times, few weeks ago I've upgraded the town hall to level 9 and ever since it takes me 100 nexts to find an "ok" (not GOOD) village to attack.

I have no elixir left, hardly to have a decent attack, my village is totally stuck, I wait way too much time to have a single attack.

I don't want to play anymore like this, I want my money back, I didn't pay to wait 100 nexts every single attack.

how can I even think about buying more gems like this ?

I'd rather have my village fixed (downgrade town hall), but if it's not going to happen:

No. It's your fault. Who decided to gem their town hall to lvl 9 without maxing you? Who ignored the loot penalty message? You.

How was I suppose to know it's bad to UPGRADE (aka improve) the town hall ?

It says yo will get a penalty for town halls below you. I'm pretty sure you shoudl've realized of you can't attack th9s and above you shouldn't have done it.

If you click on your town hall, and select upgrade there is a small print message that says "Note: Upgrading will reduce your loot from opponents with town hall level X and below."

I feel bad for ruined villages like yours. You're probably better starting over. If you write to the Google or Apple play stores you might be able to get a refund for the gems.

Why aren't they allowing to down-grade the town hall than ?

They can get money from people down-grading and than upgrading again, instead they're getting someone who will never buy stuff from them ever again :mad:

They get money from all the people still playing because bases like your soon to abandoned one make raiding fun.

Since downgrading and even restarting on the same profile have been ruled out by Supercell I can only imagine they like the way things are. It is a bit nuts, I don't know of any other game where you can spend money to really mess up things to the point it's not worth playing anymore. Maybe they're hoping you will spend even more money to catch everything back up.

And like Wario wrote, your soon to be abandoned base will provide a lot of loot for players until it gets removed from the rotation. So for that, thanks.

LOL I think you are wrong.... cause it's a gold-mine for resources... and people won't buy if they have resources.. duh
