I upgraded my townhall yesterday, i have every new buildings except for 1 tesla and 1 xbow. I need a good farming base design...
At first stages of th9 you can't rely on fire power and wall strength so i suggest you to try a ring base (hogs are uncommon now but there are a lot of level 6 giants ready to steal your resources). In my opinion for a new th9er they are the best: the lack of power is offset by a better manipulation of enemy troops.

P.S.
Don't expect miracles from those bases. You have th8 denfeses and walls: it's impossible to stop a level six army. A good result is the loss of 50% of storages.
