Best league for finding good DE ?

Just try going up and up until you find something suits you. There is next to no DE in silver.

10 characters

Gold 2 and 1 is decent enough to get king to lvl 10. Crystal 3 is ok but 1,2 are amazing required you manage to hit those base effectively which considering your TH will be sorta hard.

It's called Balloonion.

The Loonion one is for Lava hound [+ Balloons] + Minions.

What you can do is push up to crystal and just get dark elixir from the bonus by attacking farming bases.
