Fastest Loot Farming Strategy with Low Cost Troops

Cool video ;-). I have a different strategy and it's hard for me to let go of what I'm used to but seeing videos like this makes me want to try out new combinations that are more cost efficient and seem to work well for others. I don't like how people critique the video as if there is one "best" way to farm resource, clearly this works for you well! I only had one question, what do you usually do when the troops pop out of the clan castle? We all know how a horde of level 6 archers/dragon/etc can affect our troop count!

Nice one, thats exactely how I farm. I have a slightly different ratio of Gob/Barb/Arch, but the combination and technique is exactely the same. And yes, I am an experienced hardcore farmer. Still TH8 and I did max it without gems and I have already nearly every troop/spell-upgrade and every wall on level8. So this technique is working for me. For some bases it takes a lot of skill though (namely good TH8 bases oder maxed TH7 bases). Cheers!

I find it very hard to use this strategy.

How do you avoid / destroy the wizard towers ?? They have been more deadly than the mortars.

Even when you deploy the barbarians in a line, they will group up eventually when they are a bit further into the enemy's base.. And thats the moment where the wizard towers just bash them till death while they are grouped at a random building.

Does this work well with TH7's Level 4 troops?
Sometimes, I find that they die too quickly against TH8 bases.

Would you attack the side with shortest distance to the resource (to get the resource first) or to the mortars/wizard towers first (take out the defense first)?

Thanks for the great video. I have used this stragegy since. It works well in my trophy levels, 1200-1600. Of course, there are very strong bases with high level walls, xbows etc. I just want to skip. I learned from you video two important things:

1) it is good to have as many as 16 wallbreakers with you. You rarely need all of them, but it is lousy situation, if there's a juicy loot behind the walls and you can not get through. Then mortars and wizards rapidly smash your clustered infantry.

2) you need to drop your troops fast enough, in order to create efficient attack waves. Dropping them too slowly just getting them killed one by one.

When troops pop out, I usually try to lure them into a corner and kill them with barbs or use a lightning spell if it is a full castle.

Glad it works for you. Some th9 bases are almost impossible to break without dragons, but this strat comes very close.

Barbs can take a lot of damage if you upgrade them.

If the wiz towers are near the outside of the base, just send barbs in groups and they won't clump too easily. Make sure you have lots of archers behind them to deal damage. Continue sending barbs.

If the wiz towers are on the inside of the base, you should have already reached the storages. Just send goblins and barbs in groups so they aren't killed all at once. You should be able to take all resources before the wiz tower kills your troops.

This works well against any level troops. Just make sure you don't attack into bases that are too high level.
