Remove loot penalty from pumps

OK, before you flame, hear me out...

So, there has been an increase in the amount of th8s and below in crystal and master leagues. Sometimes, when I'm raiding, I'll come across an inactive base(lower townhall) with full pumps(mines and collectors) that I have to skip. I think the loot penalty should only reflect storages. Example...a th10 can't raid 400k from a th8 that has its loot saved in its storages...but if that th8 is inactive with full pumps...that same th10 should be able to get at least 200-300 k from the pumps...since the pumps are available and able to be raided by everyone.

Not saying the idea is perfect, but at this point, we need all the loot we can get.

Lev 8 th allows 6 lev 11 collectors for gold and 6 for elixer. When totally full they hold 900,000 of each resource and take 50hrs to fill. If ur not active for 50 hrs I think u deserve to have 1/3 of yor loot stolen. Aka 300k. Just because im a th10 and can usually steal it with around 50 arch and 50 barbs shouldnt make it where I can only get 150k from an abandoned base. Only seems fair to me

may be you have not any pumps(Elexar collector or gold mins ) if this happens no one need to go inside and will remain coward forever and it will gives the easy to any player only using barbarians and archer only and remaining player will only for war :( think about it.

If the loot is in the collectors, no one is going inside anyway. Also, I have no idea what you were trying to say with the rest of the statement, could you please clarify?

Hi, maybe it's noob question, but can you be 100% sure that base is inactive. Not talking about players who don't login for a day or day and a half.

I would say that removing the penalty from pumps would be unfair. Maybe reducing loot penalty on pumps as your go higher in the trophy range is a better idea? ed starting from gold 3 loot penalty reduces on pumps drops by 4% every trophy range. so by crystal 3 it drops 12% etc.

i don't see how this can be unfair

pumps are usually outside of the main bases anyway and doesnt require mass/high level troops. A TH2 can farm of TH10 pumps, however TH10 cannot farm of TH2.

as long as players are active this will never be a problem and besides iam fairly sure another player will just farm of the inactive player pump anyway.

Atm 50% of the loot in collectors minus the loot penalty can be stolen.
So a th8 with full collectors (900K loot) and a th10 attacking them can already steal 25% which is 225k which is still a decent amount.
If there was no loot penalty they could steal a ridiculous 450k plus all the loot in the storages.
If there was a th5 with 5 lvl10 collectors, any th lvl player could steal 250k from them.

The loot system is fine as it is. Try attacking people your own/similar lvl th

Who's to say I'm not? I didn't say that I'm purposely looking for ppl with a th 2 levels below mine....I said, "while I'm raiding" and come across a th that's lower than mine with full pumps...I should be able to take the same amount of loot from those pumps as everybody else. IDC what's in the storages.

This makes the game less strategy based since there's less incentive to actually try to destroy a base. People would just keep clicking next and drag their finger across the screen when a nice collector raid pops up

It would be unfair because then silver league would be filled with town hall 10's taking all of the full collectors and are usually saved for town hall 6 7 and 8 by the loot penalty.

Being a town hall 9 I often see full collectors from a town hall 7 only being worth 100k and wish I could take 200k but I just think to myself that if every town hall 9 could steal from a town hall 7 the townhall 7's would have a lot less to take from.
