Remove loot penalty from pumps

OK, before you flame, hear me out...

So, there has been an increase in the amount of th8s and below in crystal and master leagues. Sometimes, when I'm raiding, I'll come across an inactive base(lower townhall) with full pumps(mines and collectors) that I have to skip. I think the loot penalty should only reflect storages. Example...a th10 can't raid 400k from a th8 that has its loot saved in its storages...but if that th8 is inactive with full pumps...that same th10 should be able to get at least 200-300 k from the pumps...since the pumps are available and able to be raided by everyone.

Not saying the idea is perfect, but at this point, we need all the loot we can get.

Lev 8 th allows 6 lev 11 collectors for gold and 6 for elixer. When totally full they hold 900,000 of each resource and take 50hrs to fill. If ur not active for 50 hrs I think u deserve to have 1/3 of yor loot stolen. Aka 300k. Just because im a th10 and can usually steal it with around 50 arch and 50 barbs shouldnt make it where I can only get 150k from an abandoned base. Only seems fair to me

may be you have not any pumps(Elexar collector or gold mins ) if this happens no one need to go inside and will remain coward forever and it will gives the easy to any player only using barbarians and archer only and remaining player will only for war :( think about it.

If the loot is in the collectors, no one is going inside anyway. Also, I have no idea what you were trying to say with the rest of the statement, could you please clarify?

Hi, maybe it's noob question, but can you be 100% sure that base is inactive. Not talking about players who don't login for a day or day and a half.
