How long for a TH8 to get all his purple walls to skulls?
500,000 per wall segment. How long does it take to raid 500,000 X's number of walls remaining ( not counting any upgrades or raids taking from storages)...
I'm four months plus a tad as a TH8. Everything defensive upgraded, spells remain in lab for upgrades ( plus a level 3 Pekka remains...6 mil in elixir...ugh). Half the walls are skulls as I do one every so often. Probably another month or so to finish it off.
It took me almost a month maintaining my builders busy whilst having one builder free to constantly upgrade walls.
I farmed with bam all the way, only attacking bases who had 400k+ of resources in total.
Now with this new update, you should be able to upgrade all walls way way faster.

I think you'll have to answer that question yourself. How long the walls complete depends on how often and how much you raid per day.
With elixir now being used for wall upgrades as well, it's gonna be easier to farm those skulls.
I would reckon 4-8m combined Gold & Elixir per day is close to what I'm raiding per day. At this rate, I'd be doing 8 to 16 walls per day.
If I take the average of 12 walls per day, it would take 18.75 days for me to complete 225 walls. It also has to depend on if your base is maxed or not. If you're still gonna worry about dumping gold into any other upgrades, it's gonna take longer.
I reckon 2 months to get full skull walls while concurrently maxing defences is a fair amount of time for normal players.
I'm about 2-3 months into TH8 and have a close to maxed TH8 with 50% of my walls now done.
What league did you do the th8 BAM farming in? Also what level were your minions?Quote:

1100-1300 trophy range is usually the best for TH 8 BAM farming. So many storage + collector bases with poorly placed air defenses. You can do this with just level 1 Minions, they're beasts. Just watch out for air bombs, deploy 1 at a time first to activate the air bombs, then safely spam.Quote:
