We could make a whole new ga,w out of this idea! But I think it should stay sort of simple. I like the idea of more docks each lvl and that, but I think a water barraks and all is overboard(pun intended) there should be only 1-2 troops, that can function on land and water. The salamander, and something like a monster that can walk on 2 legs. Also, the harpoon seems a bit under powered, 7 or 10 damage a shot, mabye double that for a lvl 1

This really could turn into a whole new game haha. This would definitely become a major update. The water barracks and many new troops kind of is a bit overboard (haha) but I want this to be the best idea possible. I also upped the damage on the harpoon.Quote:

maybe no water barracks but dark elixir troops and the town hall on the water will cosdt a lot so not a lot of ppl can do that....
Today I've seen some of the best posts, but this idea takes the cake. The only thing I don't agree with is the platforms/docks.
Thanks! Would you care to share why you don't like the platforms/docks idea? I'm guessing you'd rather just be able to place the buildings in the water and have them built automatically.Quote:

There could be a limited number of docks/platforms that would be available so you can't put all your vital buildings in the water. You know you can still put defensive buildings onto the docks/platforms. Also, if you just put your TH/resource buildings in the water and no defensive buildings, water troops could come in and easily take all of your resources. Thank you for your opinion!
I am back, I've been thinking quite a bit about this idea. If the barracks were going to go to level 5, I have an idea for a water/land based troop. A deep sea diver and it shall be named Undertow (after a wave action in the ocean).

This unit will primarily be spawned in water only, and will continue to walk underwater until at the dock/shore. It can't be hit by defences until emerging and attacking the targets. Its favourite building to attack are the defences. However, it has low HP but does a devastating amount of damage to a single defence unit. Imagine like a balloon, but when it does emerge and attack it will most likely be killed. If used alongside whales, the whales may sponge damage from the actual Undertow - but that's why the undertow does 5x damage to defences, no splash damage. This will ensure it not attacking much else - and if it does - it won't be very powerful. This is just an idea, and at that I think it is quite an interesting one.
If everything is destroyed in the water area it will emerge on land and fight as usual, but since it is weighed down will move very slowly. In the water it will move slowly too as it has to walk across the ocean floor, this will be in balance with how quickly whales can be taken out. All of the wales may be taken out by the time the undertow arrives and therefore the unit will be pretty much useless. It's all about timing.
