Turn Townhalls into command central.

One easy way to cut back on farming would be to force people to protect their Townhalls and not pick up easy shields. Why not make the hall like a command centre that if taken out the remaining defences become confused / panicked and their effectiveness is reduced by like 50%. So if you just leave your hall unprotected it will be taken out first and then the rest of your layout will be much weaker. You could also make the percentage of the amount you loot go up if the hall is taken out. Force people to protect the townhall or as I would like to call it : command central.

I like it. I think it should make every defensive building lose half its health and/or add more time in between shots.

Goood, I like this!

Bad idea, this would make getting upgrades twice as hard, making it mandatory to pay to get needed upgrades. This would make many people mad and want refunds. Supercell would not add this, they would rather have more customers then less.

It would not make getting upgrades twice as hard if you protect your townhall. It would make getting cheaper shields more difficult but not overall twice as difficult. Plus if you are supercell you want more people paying:).

If this i added I can gaurantee you that at least 1/2 mill players will stop playing including my 6 profiles in which I farm and 2/3 of my clan are farmers

No i'm sorry but I absolutely despise the idea I love farming and I believe the anti-farming direction is bad unless they can make the league bonus MUCH higher. All in all this idea will ruin the game.
