Think they should make a pirate or a thief/bandit that is super expensive on elixer and super low health points but can steal other peoples gem boxes. Or a lumberjack that can be used to remove people's bushes, tress, etc for possible gem rewards.

-1. This takes away the basic gem/xp income from the players who simply do not have time to play but still would like to have fun once in a while. Gems should never be lost or gained at the expense of others
The concept of stealing gem boxes is ruled out, please read sticky.
I've seen that stealing gems from others is a no no but technically they aren't gems they've collected yet nor have paid for so i thought it was kind of a grey area as a possibility. At any rate a lumberjack to gain exp for people that care about exp points and lvls may be interesting even if you couldn't loot possible gems.
