Well... As a top player, he really stands out I believe.
1.) He doesn't have full level 10 walls. Some are even level 8s.
2.) He has a Level 4 Golem in his CC. High level tactics, I'm sure.
3.) His builders are remarkably building stuff. We need some gem magic here.
