4 Big Ideas and 1 small idea
Dear Supercell,
LOVE Clash of Clans! Been Playing since October 2012 and now leading a clan called Tha Misfitz! Anyhow, after speaking with others in the clan, I think we came up with some BIG ideas that will make the game more fun and attract more players. I will list them in order of most important to least.
1: Clan War matching. Please choose match-ups more evenly. (We did a 15-15 war, and went against 6 townhall 10's and we only had 3. Their top 3 bases had gemmed over $5,000 in upgrades)... not fair for us who only spent several hundred dollars. (I have over 100,000 donations and am level 123. Donations distort my actual base defensive level and might make for an uneven matchup.
2: Allow Clan Members to practice against each others war bases for cheap or free (nobody loses any resources, because that might make defender resentful). Maybe allow leader to toggle whether war practice is allowed and either Supercell or Leader of clan can limit the # of times per day we can attack each other. (THIS WOULD BE TONS OF FUN and give us something else to do between regular attacks)!!!!
3: Lower or Eliminate lightning bolt damage to dark elixir storage. What's the point of farming, when any idiot can just drop lightning on your dark elixir storage :(
4: Remove 50% big bomb damage bonus to hog riders. Hog riders have been nerfed enough from last few updates. As you know, they have reduced hitpoints, cost more, and with smart defending for heroes, they are hard enough to use. Use to be fun to use, now hog riders stink and die too fast.
5: Post name of who donated troops to your clan castle. Allow us to recognize who hooked us up so we can remember them.
This is my first time writing to Supercell. I really hope if anyone reads this, they will seriously consider my suggestions, as I put a ton of time into this game, and my recommendations to make it even more FUN!

Firstly, if it took a little longer to get a match-up that is more even, so be it. If it took a couple hours, I think most would sacrifice that time for a good line-up so they don't get there war stats wrecked by someone like "Reddit Troopers." If it takes 6 hours for matchup, then allow the option to reduce the 24 hour preparation by up to 6 hours (so clans that have a certain start time each weekend), can start war the same time each week.
Secondly, good point about people abusing the practice mode. Would it be very difficult to disable practice mode during a war or prep???
Thirdly, lightning on dark elixir storage. A th9 can use 4 lightnings on a th8, steal more than th 8 can recover from it in over a day based on a maxed level 3 drill. Just an example, but it's obnoxious as hell. I will move my th inside and try though.
Fourthly, 2 level 3 big bombs (225 damage each) combined is guaranteed death for maxed level 5 hog riders W/O the 50% damage bonus. The infernos prevent healing of the hogs, and high level bases can destroy the hogs fast with only 450 hp and an inferno set to multiple.
Fifthly, I was mostly referring to names of donators in clan wars, but also if you log off for a few minutes after requesting and come back to see something nice, like wizards in clan castle and want to remember the donator. It's no fun to go fishing for the person who donated and clog the message board or interrupt another's conversation over that....
Would really like to hear back from a Supercell employee! Don't mind random people's opinions as long as they aren't rude about it...
