Attacking Idea.

When I play CoC I mostly attack. But who you attack is based on Leagues. I'm in silver league three, and many many many many times, i find town hall sevens, eights, and nines, with very good bases compared to mine, but they are silver league threes. So I was wondering, that instead of attack-finding being based on league, make it based on TH. That might make leagues useless. But i find it very frustrating when im looking for attacks, and all i can find are Town Hall Nines. Thank You For Reading This.
