Tap a building to target it.
Ever wanted your archers in your barch to stop ignoring the exposed archer tower and going for the gold mine right next to it instead?
Or maybe you just wanted to be a little more precise with your wall breakers to smash open deep x-junctions for instance?
Well have i got a solution for you.
Basically my idea is if you tap on a building or wall instead of just the ground, the selected unit will deployed as close as possible to it and then attempt to reach it, ignoring all other targets in the way even if they also have preference. Unless there's a wall in the way.
A few notes about this:
- Units with targeting preference will only deploy if you selected that specific type of building. For instance if you tapped on a TH while you had hogs selected, it would just say "Cannot target the selected building!" and will not deploy. This is to prevent people from "Hog rushing" the TH.
- This only works when you deploy the unit, trying to tap on any building while that unit is deployed will either do nothing or just deploy another unit.
- Flying units will also not work no matter what you're targetting. This is more due to healers not being able to attack buildings and minions/dragons being able to rush the TH so it creates way more problems than it solves.
