Town Hall 7 in Champions League

I just reached Champions League today after about a week of TH sniping. I know I'm not the first person at TH7 to get into the champions league, but I have reached Champs League at level 61 (haven't seen any lower than that as of yet). I would like to congratulate clashers "cyrila38", "Sparhawk", and more recently "thiha" for reaching this milestone and sharing their experiences as a motivation to myself and others. I used a couple of threads (listed below) from this forum to learn some strategies that have helped me to get into champions league and I would like to confirm that their information is very accurate (but definitely not easy).

As a TH7 I mainly used barchers all the way through Masters and into Champions. I'm not going to lie, it takes a lot of time and a lot of patience to get there, but it IS possible to do it. I have been told by many that this couldn't be done, but I have seen posts from others reaching this accomplishment. So I decided to give it a go and adopted a sniping only plan of attack. It might have taken me a little longer then to do all out dragon attacks for 2 stars on premature TH's 9+, but that was going to cost too much elixer and more importantly too much time. I was skeptical at first, just waiting for the time where the exposed TH's would completely dry up, but I have learned that they ARE out there!

I must add that the bonus loot becomes very impressive, my storages we're practically overflowing. I made sure to keep one builder available so I could use any extra gold and elixer to upgrade my walls. I was able to complete my walls but the time I hit champs league.

I must also add that I completed this achievement without gemming, spending money, or ♥♥♥♥ing whatsoever. I simply don't believe in it. This was as simple and straight up as it gets. Please see below for much more detailed tips from the attached threads that I used to help me get to Champions League. I will be happy to answer any questions. Woah, nice job!!!

Not to rain on your parade, but it's a bit of a hollow accomplishment. It only signifies that you had the patience to seek out farmers and snipe your way there. No TH 7, or even TH 8 for that matter has the legit troops to make it there on merit. However, now that you're there stay as long as you can and keep sniping. The win bonus alone is just as legit as any raid in your appropriate league.

Saw a th3 in champions today.

Was that by constant searching for exposed TH's only... Or barching 50% attacks as well??
Either way, its a great achievement.... I havent even been close and I have TH10 with mostly maxed troops.

Nicely done! I'm TH7 to but i'm kinda hovering crystal II atm as i want DE more than trophies and it's just easier to get snips for the loot bonus here than Crystal I or higher.
Although it's kinda impossible to make champions in a week with pure snips (As i've found) i can definately see a competant barcher making it in there.

Well done. I farm in crystal 1-3 and I saw a TH6 there, in 1 or 2 can't remember. I laughed to the tiny village and dropped him my king and surrendered immedietly. I wanted to sponsor that hard worker a bit :)

I've waited for him to come and revenge, to snipe my TH which is outside, for more easy trophies. But not yet that has happened, propably due usually when I log out my TH gets sniped quickly.

And no, I never revenge TH snipers, you are great help to keep my resources safe.

UNLESS you zap my DE, then I hit hard, I hate that ♥♥♥♥. Zappers are worst scum there is :p

Yet another reason league win bonuses need to be increased substantially along with a successful defense bonus. These little scrub bases aren't worth attacking because of the TH differential penalty on loot. Win bonus is increased/defense bonus is initiated, we won't have to read any more of these idiot threads of people bragging about being town hall snipers - they will be crushed back to bronze where they belong.

Yeah, but really all this game is is waiting and attacking here and there. Not much of an accomplishment getting the troops either if ya think about it. True, skill is also involved when attacking, but really, 90% of the game is waiting.

that's pretty impressive. its a grind through C1 to M3 as a mature TH9 BAMing with a high level AQ. and I gowiwi / gowipe between BAM farming stretches too

I have been a TH7 maxed Champion for more than four months. Savage Seven has 20 TH7 Champions and is a top 150 clan with TH7s.

TH7 is my favourite TH.

I was recently sniped by a th7 that had 3900+ cups. More and more people are putting town halls out side because of the league bonus. If you have the patience, you can snipe until your eyes bleed.

Wo . Really really impressive. I just don't have the patience

I hit Crystal for an achievement at TH7 and I was soooooooo bored of seeking THs for sniping and skipping great bases with lots of exposed loot that I was sure I could not even 50%..
Getting to Champions or even Masters is a trial of patience and the necessity to stay online all the time. I guess veeeeeery few people will find this experience satisfying.
If I were to accomplish this, it would definitely beat all interest towards this game out of me.

Nobody said that we were the lowest, but Texas NL Mini is in Savage is Level 23 and much lower than TH Sniper.

We are a TH7 clan and absolutely nothing to do with our levels.

Hi I have managed to get to Master 3 league in two days from 1100 trophies.How did you get to Masters 2 it is getting veeeerrrrry difficult to find exposed TH in masters league and i am 3 stared as soon as i log out;). I was thinking of quitting but want to complete the last 600 trophies since i already reached masters. Is it possible to get to champions by sniping alone in Masters:confused:

My advice for you is to snipe. Just keep hitting the next button. If you are patient, you can cook dragons and attack some premature th 9s and 10s.
