elixr/gold bank.

Can we have a elixr/gold model bank in or clan castle. We can donate whatever excess in it and claim it when we need...clan members can take whatever they need with interest, means they have to repay with a small % interest. Depositors too get interest. Minimum/maximum amount should be there otherwise no one will get loot. Or the deposited gold can be stored in our clan castle and the attackers can loot a small % of it.
I think it would be a nice idea. Whenever we ran short of elixr/gold we can seek the help of clanmates. So the relationship between the clanmates gets better. :)
