New Anti-Dragon Strategy?
Is there a new anti-dragon layout theory going around that I haven't heard of?
During the last CW my clan was in, there were mutliple opponent layouts that featured what would be best described as a "shell" of buildings around the outside of the core base. Here is a screenshot of one of them:

(I tried like crazy to get this to be larger in the post, but I couldn't get it to work... please click for full size, lol)
When a couple of clan-mates attacked this guy (me included), the dragons wandered around the outside, following the line of buildings on the perimeter until they came within range of the ADs. At that point, the AD's kept hitting them while the dragons kept going after the outside buildings.
Is this a known anti-dragon strategy? If not, do you think this is a viable strategy? I've messed around with my layout a bit in the editor and I've been able to incorporate it into a few designs, but I'm worried that a radical idea like this could be just a fluke.
Thoughts?
bro, you control the drags...
Use archers on a building on the left and on the right. Then place one drag on the left and one on the right. Then spread out the rest of your drags in the center. Always use 3 rage spells when using all drags. When I was a th7 I used this strategy when facing th8's with lvl 5 air d. I always got 3 stars. Sometimes I use hogs with one healing spell if one air d is close to the outside walls then drags and rage. Always bring archers. 10 archers, 6 hogs, 8 drags + 1 drag in my cc. Or 20 archers, 9 drags + 1 in my cc.
