I just got lv. 11 resources and they do not produce as much when you need to upgrade things such as barracks and defenses.

I just got lv. 11 resources and they do not produce as much when you need to upgrade things such as barracks and defenses.
This is why we raid: to get more loot! The main aspect of Clash of Clans is the raiding: Supercell needs to encourage you to raid more.
