Level 3: 125 Hitpoints ------- Burn Rate: 35 Hitpoints per Second

Description
When used, a marker is placed on the area you tapped and a big orange circle (3-4 times bigger than the normal circle) will appear. After about 2 seconds, a meteor will appear and it will aim for that marker. When the meteor hits, it shakes the screen, a little stronger than the mortar's, and buildings in the circle will catch on fire and burn for 5 seconds. Any hero's in the region be stunned for 3 seconds, but they are still on fire until the 5 seconds are up.

Level 2: 1.2 Million elixir (1,200,000 elixir)
Level 3: 2.4 Million elixir (2,400,000 elixir)

Level 5/6 [You choose supercell (You might need to move the Freeze Spell to level 6 if you choose Level 5)]

I don't like it
It sounds too similar to lightening spell... All it does is damage (exactly what lightening spell is for)
