Once there if you can just stay online it can be fun, but you absolutely can not set the game down with out winning 100+ trophys and having to drop again. Over all i found it to be more work than it was worth.

that is just my experience, however i suspect that with the update came database changes which meant anyone who had not updated their software are not included in match making... But as I say that's just a theory

It still works. Here goes. Sorry didn't know how to slo mo. I dropped a barb on the left side. You can see the number of barbs decreasing from 11 to 10 on the next frame. And you can check my gold, elix, de and gems to know that this was just recorded. :)

Hey, i was in the mid/high 1600 and it wasn't too bad of a loots but yesterday i decided to try and drop down to the 400 or so. I went as low as 600 and during those raid going down i didn't see much of loots except in the 1200-1500 range. There you get decent raid plus you get DE if you're trying to look for that too.
Now i'm just trying to climb back up to about 1300-1400 range and stick around there and also i don't know if any one does this but for me instead of dropping a Barb or Archer and hit next, I just drop my BK (TH8 here) and just hit next or surrender. Yes i lose 580 coin but better then losing a Barb or Archer each time...
300-900 is dry land, almost not loot there. That's why going back up is a pain more than going back down. I also use Bk when I want to lose a few trophies saves me some elixir, but when going down to sub 200 it's just faster to drop a barb and hit next as vidoed above. Can't do that with a Bk, he falls asleep if you try it with him.Quote:

what they want, they usually get. IMO best looting range for me is 1200-1600 depending if you are looking for DE too . and for the first time im thinking about getting to the 1800 to check that out too, so TH is inside the walls now .. dont need cheap shield....
I'm finding 1000-1200 is the new sub 200 range, only better! I'm getting typically 2k gold per 1 troop (eg 50k gold for only 25 troops) which was better than I did at sub 200. So until ths new range dries up, I'll hold off going sub 200.
