Clan Leader to Select War Members

The idea is just to have the clan leader, or whomever is starting the war search, choose who in the clan will participate in the war rather than having it rely on trophy count.

I'm apart of a clan that some members are inactive during wars, though they sign on occasionally to farm. Their trophies are relatively high so every war the are apart of it but due to their week bases and non participation, the other war members have to work extra hard to pick up the slack. These persons are close friends so kicking them from the clan would be a bit harsh. If there was the option to select war participants, this would eliminate our frustration.

This could even go as far as allowing a clan with fifty members to only war in the 5 member bracket if the clan leader only selected 5 persons to participate in the war.

Note that this selection would be done before the clan war search commences. The search functionality would remain the same when matching similarly skilled clans to war against.
