Add a new clan rank

For the sake of this thread we will call the added ranking a captain.

Leader and co-leaders abilities will stay the same with the added ability to promote and demote captains

captains will have the ability to kick members, promote members to elder, invite new members, and accept pending member requests.

Elders will have the ability to do nothing. Being promoted to elder only means that you cant be kicked by a captain. Only a leader or co-leader will have the ability to kick an elder so being promoted to elder gives you some security in the clan.

Members wont be able to do anything at all like always and can be kicked by anyone except elders.

Those are just my thoughts on it and was wondering some feedback.
