Well, that is kind of determined by league. My suggestion is to put your town hall outside, and hope they just take your TH and not your resources. Try to get a good base layout, and protect those resources! I also have some good tips on my youtube below!
go down in league to level 20 something,, you can't be high up and expect not to get raided
Well gaining cup/trophies is the main motive of Clash of Clans. Thats how you progress. Farming was not introduced by Supercell. So you have go through the attacks of higher level players.
