Change Globals Only On Will.

I think we should be able to change globals only on will. If we get disconnected while we are talking to someone about something important i.e making a new clan, recruiting members or any other general stuff and get disconnected due to internet connection being lost, its pretty annoying to find our global changed when we reopen COC.
Acc. to me, players should be able to change global on their will.
There can be a button in the global tab to change the global when we exit or not.
OR
There can be button in the global tab which will change the global without exiting the game.

This idea will be very useful as in many developing countries, internet connections are not that good and internet gets disconnected usually after some time.

This would be needed if you were recruiting clan members and would need a faster way to switch in-between globals
