I would say its a non-issue, because since you aren't holding people accountable your clan is probably garbage anyway. Also at the risk of sounding like a father (which I am) if your friends and "brothers" are doing something to purposely hurt you...they probably aren't true friends are they?
In real life I run a restaurant. I have people I have known for years working for me. Thier bills getting paid depends on our relationship. I love these people....if they get in the way of success I will toss them out on thier (CENSORED) so fast it would make thier head spin (and has).
This is your real time you are spending playing this game. Surround yourself with good players so you are not wasting your time. I hate seeing people wondering why thier clan isn't working out, but when you look they are surrounded by garbage people who do garbage things. You are who your friends are....remember that.
