Hi there. I'm sure many people have now realised that the healer seems to be helping people lose more battles than win them. This is due to their new AI. For instance, if you send in a hoard of giants and then drop a bunch of archers or wizards around the outside to take out non-defensive buildings, a newly deployed healer will focus on healing whatever is closest to her, even if it is at full health and not taking any damage! She used to float over the archers/wizards and help out the giants but now she seems intent on watching them die from a distance.
My idiot healer was focused on a single archer earlier so a I dropped my CC next to her and a bunch of wizards popped out; and quickly died whilst my archer went somewhere else and the healer followed her!
The Price and Spawn Time of Wizard is set back again to previous update? Or is the previous update of wizard's spawn time and price are reduce for some event only?:confused:

I have played for 1 year plus and got no issues with coc. But since the latest update i experienced slow loading screen and icon in game. Another thing is it lags during a matching finding. Sometimes it takes up to 1 min to search for next opponent and sometimes it just stays there. Please fix this issue. I have asked around, this is not my device or wifi issue. Others are experiencing this as well. Im from Malaysia, maybe you guys should check out that server. Thanks
My gems don't appear after it would say "Purchase Successful" it's been happening a lot to me and I have been pretty annoyed because they aren't showing up. I've called apple, went through the instructions and
they said It went through fine and I should have gotten them. I don't have a jailbroken device if that helps and I have read the forums about purchasing bugs but no solution worked for me. Does anyone have an idea on how to fix it? It would be great help if you knew what to do and like I said don't send me the links to the Gem issues because i've read it.

Strange loading for the game since update..
It first loads only half my gold/elixer/gems then connects to google plus to load the rest.. oddly enough.
Just makes the game take longer to load.. Plus its kinda weird.
(on a side note this does not always happen.. its random)
but I can't recruit players because my clan doesn't show up in the search. Yes it has !!!! in it. LOL my clans name is actually Tank!!!! and yeah it definitely can't be searched. Can't even bring any members from my farming clan back. Don't really feel like throwing away our 20wins and possible clan mates just to start a new clan without the exclamation points. Pls help and get this figured out asap, Thanks

can't find the clan -Chaos-. Before the update I found.
Can't find clan ~FOG~ in search. If "~FOG~" is entered does not find any results and if "FOG" is entered finds too many results.
I have been experiencing game freeze from time to time.
When it happens, i can't move the base around and i can't collect resources.. basically nothing happens.. is the game loading in the back ground still?
To fix this, i had to force close other apps and the game itself.
I use iPhone 5s with IOS 8
Our clan name is "Looting and War" and we WAR 2 to 3 times weekly. Out of 25 WARS we have won 23, so we are not new to WAR trends and patterns.
In the past players have always been included into WAR based on their level and upgrades performed to their village. Our current WAR, out of the 33 players we had the highest 30 trophied players were included into WAR. This change has been noticed after the last update to the Clas of Clans game.
Is this a trend that will continue or is this a bug/glitch that can be researched and corrected. We are a clan that likes to leverage any information to win WARS and would like to know how to proceed. Thank you for any help.
Anyonee else noticed that the AI in the game has gone bananas?! Instead of attacking the nearest enemy, my guys turns around, walking away and starts to bashing on a wall!? Or turns around and walk outside the enemy wall starting to destroy whatever is there. Of course this AI problem makes it harder to win the fight. Please fix.

I was at C1 and won a defense, putting my new trophy total at 2601, bumping me into Masters3. Prior to this I had over 45 attack wins this season and around 10 defense wins.
Now, in clan chat I have no shield (like I haven't attacked this season), and all of my attack and defense stats have been reset. When I look in the clan page, I also don't have a shield, but on my profile it has the black "III" shield. But the weird thing is my donations and troops received didn't reset.
Does the new dismiss troops from army camps and clan castle work?

Hey, I've noticed a strange issue with the reinforcement requests not going away if the clan castle is not full. Before the update the request would disappear once the request was met regardless of what is currently in the requester's clan castle. Now if user a sends a 0/15 troop request and user b donates 5 archer and then user a removes the archers(or gets attacked/uses them in a fight) followed by user c donating 5 minions afterwards. User a's troop request shows up as 15/15 in the chat and doesn't go away till user a requests again.

After the update we can't search our clan name. Even if we try to type the exact name of the clan, still.. there is no result. Please fix this issue as soon as possible. Our Clan Name is WINTERFELL™. Thanks and more power!
Is it just me, or is the builder timer even worse now? I started my first Archer Tower upgrade probably around 7:30 am. I'ts now 8 days + 2 hours later, and there's still over 30 minutes left on the upgrade. My lvl 19 queen upgrade also took over an hour longer than it should have.
It's been about 2 weeks now since my last one. Not sure if bug or just change in spawn rate of these helpful little guys.

I refuse to continue using google+ but i want to continue playing Coc and to be able to save/load my village. There is a huge flaw in the loot system. The lack of resources available when attacking someone makes battling, inefficient. When taking out the attacking part of the game, that leaves just sitting and waiting on collectors. This kills the game.
600 next's and I cant find a single person that will give me enough money to rebuild my army again once they are defeated...
Since the new update, the war cc on the war map is not function properly. When you go to dump an unwanted troop, it dumps all of the same troop instead of one at a time like before. The normal clan castle works correctly. Can you please fix this bug? Thanks!
I dismissed my cc and gemmed the request for new troops. Got the new troop but somehow old request wasn't removed from chatbox. Someone donated and pushed the troop I wanted away and can't use it in war. Had to gem my dark barrack 6 for the troop I want. And this troop came back after I used the troop I don't really wanted.
Please se fix this so that it won't happen again.
I found a bug in the healer, after it heal completely a troop, the troop she continues to heal that is completely filled with life, while other troops die, example: I sent a group of giants, and behind them, Queen archer, she healed Queen archer to fill the whole life, and she went (there was no weapon attacking the archer queen, she was completely filled with life).
Meanwhile the group of giants was there in the middle of the village dying, and healing the healer still archer queen who was totally healed and without danger. Anyone else had this kind of problem?
You guys did changed the A.I how the Healer moves and acts, through the 16/09 update.
However,the healers are occasionally healing troops that are full with health and not being attacked.
I think this really bothers the users.
Usually healers are used with giants, in such case, however, as I pointed out, most of the healers don't heal giants and just heal archers that have full health and not being attacked.
Please...reconsider this problem and don't ignore this post.
you did spend a lot of money promoting your game in several countries recently.(most of non English using countries, including Korea)
The users of those country don't use English, so you don't get enough responses from them..
but.....they are paying for your gems....and many are angry on this problem.(Though you won't know it.)

i did an attack last night in war. I looked at the CC pull radius and all the Air Defense was inside that radius. I have max Lava Hounds. I sent one in as always and it sat inside the CC radius for at least 10 seconds before I sent a Golem. Which still didn't do it. Not until I sent my main attack in did the CC pull
I was attacked but I still had shield active and I hadn't attacked anyone else. There was a substantial amount looted. Anyone know what problem is?
Can we have the ridiculous economic problem added to the list? People are dropping from the game because they cannot find a battle worth fighting in hundreds of Next. This is all since the last update. There are hundreds of posts on this already.
I've noticed that there have been problems with the clan castles lately. It is occasionally miscounting how many troops are inside, not recording some donations that have been made by another clan member but then preventing that same person from donating to you again. It has happened to at least 3 of my clan members that I've observed.
I am in a clan called request n leave and somehow we have 51 members and it wont let any of us leave or kick anyone..plz help supercell!!

After the update, healers have not worked properly.
1. Offense: They get stuck healing troops that are not damaged and ignore nearby troops that are damaged
2. Defense: They are no longer healing damaged buildings

Before the update the healer would just heal the closes unit to them not in full health. Now it appear to heal the closes body of units with the larges amount of health. Ether way they get stuck on the heroes instead of units of units taking damage. My last attack had 3 healers on the BK in full health while other units were taking dmg. Post update they would had stopped healing the BK after he was at full health and go to one taking dmg.
This is incredibly aggravating for those of use that use healers often, I'm forced to not use my heroes at all if I want my healers to heal my units.
Please look into this issue. Thank you.

It seem like they made it so the healers will stick with the group that it first heals, instead of them roaming around and healing scattered troops once whoever it was healing was full health. Solution, revert the healers ai and instead of giving them full map awareness, only let them be aware of units within a small radius around her until zero units are left around her, then give her full map awareness so she can do her job.Quote:

I had access to my camp from two devices (iOS-iPhone 4s and ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥). Both are now on the restart loop.
I have tried everything suggested to no avail.

I had the downloading loop, updating iOS to 8.0.2 fixed it (iPhone 4S).
I just attacked someone with a healer in their clan castle, and that girl did absolutely nothing.
I have this restart loop / download content problem fir 3 days.
i dint know what to do, i tested everything.

My my boost cost 11 gems. Then when I restarted my clan game I lost the boost and didn't get the 44 gems I lost in 4 boosts. And error message did show after each boost but didn't notice the gem loss until fourth boost. Will we get gems back or more time for one gem bots to make up for this loss?Quote:

I had the same exact problem, The maintenance break was just for me! all my friend could go to their village and i couldnt. and just like you my friend couldnt visit my village too! Its now ok for me, im sure your village will be ok soon.

Game has worked well since update. Worked great all day today but within the last hour or two coc will only load half way then it crashes. Force closed and re opened and again loads halfway and crashes. Not sure what to do but would like to play since we have a clan war going on!
so I had deleted 13 archers when it first messed up when someone sent a dragon and it showed full castle with 13 archers. so after I deleted them and reloaded it shows a dragon only and my request was on the chat log as 29/30 still. I'll check what comes out of castle when I use troops.
I was in a battle 50% and all of a sudden the game crashes and it says I got 49 percent and lost a bunch of trophies!!

Since the most recent maintenance breaks neither me nor my partner are getting the little red bubble telling us there's a new msg in chat.. We are leader and co of a clan and are missing msgs as we play because of this. There would always be a number displayed on the pop out on the left before, now it's never there.

i forgot when was the healer got update so sorry if i messed up.
noticed several time the healer now go for bigger group only and that fine, but even when their health are full the healer will stay there and will not go to those with lower health at all. like just now i have hogs all in one corner and the barb king on the other side, the hogs are fully heals and no towers attacking them but barb king health pretty low, the healer just keep healing the hogs and not moving an inch.
Still cannot log into the game even after all the maintenance breaks, (ios 5.1) game is stuck on the loading screen and village never appears. Had exactly the same issue after the clan wars update earlier in the year, getting a bit tired of it now after 2 weeks, probably give another week if it ain't fixed then it's delete delete delete.

I have been trying for over 2 weeks now to get this game to load on my phone, but it will NOT load! It acts like it's going to load, and then it freezes up and kicks me clear out of the game! I have already done the uninstall and reinstall....DOES NOT WORK!!!! I have already tried to address this issue, but no one seems to give a ♥♥♥♥! About 1 or 2 am EST I logged off and then at about 2:30-3AM EST logged back in to check on FURVOR. around a half million elixer was missing and what looks like about 150 Gems. I did not spend any. They are just gone...please go back and look at the log files. Can I have my elixer and gems back? I have spent a lot of effort and time building up what I had.

Sound like Supercell has optimized their clan’s database since the update. Has this happen? How do clans with only a few members grow? How do players who search for clans with the name "No War" find a clan like the one I belong to? Most of our past members found this clan from searching for clans with the name "No War".
I know only 65 results show up from a search. There are about 55 clans with the name "No War". At least there were that many "No War" clans before the update. Now, one day there are no clans with the name "No War", another day there are four clans, another day there are twelve clans. But no one can find the "No War" clan with the player "themanwest2000" in it. Other searches for clans by the name of "No Wars" produce many results. That search works, but “No War” does not.
Before the update, everything was working find, it was easy to finding and joining a new clan. Now, not so. :(
Please fix your clan database. The growth of this game depends on it.

P.S. Our clan got tried of waiting on Supercell to fix this search problem. We created a new clan called "No Wars" which shows up in search results. Most players find our clan by searching for the "no war" or "no wars".
My Samsung Tab3 8.0 LTE is stuck in downloading content or restart loop from last Monday. I tried to restart the App, the tablet, to reinstall the App, to delete the cache. I have more than 50% Space on the Tablet. Nothing. And I'm still waiting for the Support Answer. I never saw such a bad service! I usually use Apps on Windows Phone and all Engeneers answer in one day and solve the problems in days.

I have just updated to iOS 8.0.2 and when I went back into coc my clan castle name had gone from my castle. We are in the middle of a war as well! When I searched my clan still exists and I am still in it as the leader but it says join and when I do it tells me I am already in a clan. Looking around it is not just me this has happened to recently. I went onto my android connection and that is the same so it is not an iOS problem but a game problem! So what has happened? Please get back to me asap as I am losing very valuable play time! Thanks
