Reported (Please don't post again)

• Downloading Content/Restart Loop: Please try force quitting the app and restarting the game. Switching from wifi to data and vice versa may also help. Please let us know if that does not solve your issue.
• Elixir or Gold option for multi-wall upgrade not showing up - check your storage capacity. It's likely that you do not have enough storage capacity for the upgrade in that particular resources.
• Using any punctuation results in failed Clan Search result
• Clan Chat notification craziness -> FIXED: YOU NEED TO RECEIVE A NEW MESSAGE FIRST AND THE OLD 99/100 NOTIFICATIONS WILL DISAPPEAR

If you are stuck in downloading content or restart loop here are a few things you can try:

1. Force Quit your app
2. Switch to a WiFi connection (if you are on data) or to data if you are on WiFi
3. Try a DIFFERENT WiFi connection
4. Clear some space on your device (If your memory is close to full)
5. If none of that works, wait a bit. This problem usually resolves itself in a couple of hours

After the update on IOS (iphone 5) the app could not start anymore...loading then supercell logo and loading the supercell logo etc etc...seems to be a bug....?

Hi i've been playing coc for a good 2-3 years and I just got the new update but when I tap to play the game it shows the supercell logo and does the noise but then it crashes! I tried restarting my device redownloading please help! btw I am an ios user

Uninstalled coc and reinstalled it but it happens all the time.

You can upgrade wall in raw with only Gold, not Elixer. :rolleyes:

Happens sometimes. Either give it a bit or try a reinstall.

Hopefully you are backed up on GameCenter so you can reload your village.

Another question, what iOS version are you on?

I'm in a loop.

When I click 'update' I go to App Store. When I try to open, Ill go to game screen that tells me update is available. When I click 'update' I go to App Store and so on..

This happens every update. Replays are lost with maintenance.

I have a row of level 6 walls, individualy I get the option to upgrade with elixir. However if I select the entire row, I only get the option to pay with gold. I am sure they are all elegible to be payed with elixir.

This is on android, Samsung galaxy S4, in normal village view.


EDIT: I found out why this happens! It presents the elixir option up untill I select a row of 8 or more walls.
I have 1.5M elixir storage, so from the 8th wall on, it becomes impossible to pay with elixir for it.
I think it would be more clear to still have the button there, even if you can't reach the amount.

same problem here but on android.supercell logo - loading - downloading content - and then game restarts without downloading any content and again ,supercell logo - loading - downloading content - and then game restarts without downloading any content and again ...I think servers R some how out of line because of heavy traffic isn't it ?
Edit: I'm on android 4.3 and I have pretty good connection .

happened to me the last time after the upgrade as well and then fixed itself... let's hope it's the same this time around.

7.1.2 or so..no sw ufdate for ios, newest update for ios was done..
Delete an reinstall app, same problem..
Like a loop between loading and supercell logo...
Have leave it so for about 30min..30min in this loop and batterie of iphone 5 is going down very fast...

Thats cause of the maintenance break u cant watch replays that were before the maintenance break

Minor issue. Searching for an old clan, I noticed that the search doesn't work when placing an exclamation mark after words. Tried multiple times with different names, each comes back with zero results.

I indeed just figured that one out, I would however suggest to still have the elixir button there, even if you can't reach that amount of elixir. Seems to be more inline with other upgrades when they are above max storage. But I'll let that decision up to you guys. greetings

Same problem for me... Impossible to start the app :(

After the update, start the game when ur conectet with a Wireless...so it works and u get out of this loop

4 days ago i push upgrade archer level6 in 7,500,000 Elixir .
And now i lost 1,500,000 Elixir and 4 days without anything in return.
OMG whyyy why do this to me ? I feel terrible now :(

In village edit mode i accidentally placed a cannon under a wall but when i tried to save it it didn't work so it isn't really a major bug

Force closed not worked
Clear data not worked,
Uninstall> re downloading> reinstall not worked
Restarting the phone not worked
I have a Nexus 5 with the latest Android update

Edit : switched from wifi to Data not worked
It is more likely a server problem, is there anyone out there who can pass our issue to servers guys ? Or we should hear the non solution recommendation over and over ?

Got the same problem , tried to log in and out like 6 times and its always coming back although no one sent even one new message

One thing I notice is that when max storage cap are not enough to upgrade a row of walls, the price is not displayed. I dunno if this is a bug or a feature (so not really sure if I should post it here or in the ideas section) but I think it will be more convenient if you'll display the price in "red font" just like in upgrading buildings. This is for us to know how much should we save to upgrade a whole bunch of walls :D :D

Yeah, it does. For example, there are plenty of clans named "Boom!", but if you search for "Boom!", nothing is returned. Oddly enough, you can generally get around it if you place the exclamation mark and a space before the word or phrase, ie. "! Boom". But still doesn't return exact results. Just a slight bug, but thanks man.

mine stops downloading at 58%.

If my cc has some troops in there, It will say "full" even if there's still space in it. i tried removing 5 troops but it's the same, and I can't request for additional troops. The only way you will lose the "full" message is when you actually use your troops in a raid.

I'm my new phone I try to load my old village through Google+ but it doesn't work :S

tired of loop between supercell logo and loading screen, it's very very annoying, tested on both iOS and Android, problem still exists, i've tried re-installing, removing app data and anything else, nothing works .

Please read the OP before you post.

Either...

1) The wall is not level 6 or higher
2) You do not have enough storage space for the amount of resources required for the upgrade

Thank you! It works

If you cant get in the game the most likely reason is that you don't have enough free space. You will need a couple hundred at the least.

After clearing force quit the app and try again.

We are 10 people playing the game here, all of us have the same issue since we did the update, no one can enter the game, it goes back and forth from SUPERCELL to the Clash of Clans loading screan, but never loads the game. The other games that you updated are doing the same thing as well. None of us as the same device, but on my side, my tablet can only use a Wifi Connection, no data. We are waiting for another update with a fix to this major bug.

I have 2.4 GB left.

We have found that now, when you go away from the game for a bit and return, the chat says you have a lot more messages to read than you really do.

Similar behaviour to when you switch devices.

I am from Iran and I was stuck in a loop that restart the game but as soon as i changed my IP address by a VPN connection to US problem got solved (I think it is you server problem that does not allow some countries to download content)

Notifications in IOS (iphone version)

Is it just me having issues with the notifications (the red number in the chat). Every time i logon it says 100 messages but no new messages are in the chat???

Just tried to logoff and logon again right away - same problem - so there is an issue with these notifications.....

Just did an attack healer sat there healing full health archers while my giants all died, healer never left the archers.

Edit : Fixed this issue. I have a 2nd account on my andriod phone. You can use ES3 App on both devices and copy the game file across.

Hey Clashers,

After the update today I tried to open the game on my Kindle Fire HD. It prompts me to update it fine but when I press on the update button it redirects me to the Amazon App Store. When the App store opens I can't see a Clash update available. Even if I try searching the store I can't find it.

Does anyone know what I'm doing wrong please?

This is part of the update. Healer will stick to the first group of troops she healed.

I have tried those steps but still having problem on loading game. its stuck between SuperCell page and Dowloading content and after some try an error shows up says "Login Failed please try again later"

My phone is in a loop too. I uninstalled and reinstalled the game, I checked if I have enough memory, I tried to do everything but I still see a loop between the interface with Supercell logo and the downloading content interface.

Yesterday i payd 7,5mil exilir to make my acher lvl 6
Now after update i see that the price is 6mil
And i payt with real cash to make it 6
Can i have a part of my green runes back or 1,5mil exilir?

Have you tried deleting the game and re-downloading it yet?

Well good for you! Already on top of things. Ok well only other thing I would say is try and do a manual restart on your phone (Iphone = Hold home+sleep button for about 10 sec or until it shutdowns and starts the reboot) and see if that works, normally if I have any problems on my phone this will fix it.

After I downloaded the new update my game won't load, like the loading bar goes all the way and the game doesn't actually load it just stays in the loading screen ive tried multiple times to re load it

I don't know if this will work for any of you but it worked for me.

I was stuck in the loop too while trying to play clash using my home wifi. I disconnected then connected to a different wifi where it downloaded content and opened the app within seconds. I then went back to my home wifi and everything worked perfectly.

If you have access to a different source of wifi, you might wanna try it. I'm not saying it'll work for you, just saying it worked for me so it's worth a shot.

Every time I log in the clan chat tab shows the total number of comments instead of the number of new ones. It is always showing 99 or more.

Trying a diferent Wi-Fi, switching from Data to Wi-Fi, worked, once loaded once, I can now play anywhere.

I lost my whole village during the update. When it finally managed to upload, my village was gone and I had to start from scratch just to be able to send an email to help and support.

I am really not impressed.

If SUPERCELLl are unable to give me my old village (as was before the update) back are they going to reimburse me with all the money I have spent on gems?
