They seem to have changed the way the personal train timings are worked, I have noticed that when you are offline the timer now stops so instead of getting up in the morning and finding a personal train ready to load it still has as much time to refuel as when you switched off the night before.
Is anyone else having this problem?
If only that rule would apply when hiring Tom. Lost so many trips while HayDay was being updated.

Its definitely not a change to how the train runs as mine is working perfectly fine. 11 minutes had passed when I re opened the game .

I haven't checked it but do feel the same way since last night updated ... max time for personal train ... but when I jumped in couple times today the train was not ready ... time flowed extremely slow and the visitors eat a lot of food ... they used to be one person ate 3 kinds of cake now sometimes they eat double amount ... I haven't seen one visitor in my town ask for more than 2 tomato juices now she asks for 3 ... planning to shop the town now ... wondering why the gift does not double ?
Hmmm, we just tested this and it works normally. Please try to reboot your device and see if it helps!

I have noticed it to. It must be a bug. No reason to upgrade the train otherwise.
I last used my PT last night just before closing things up for some sleep, and this morning after receiving visitors from the express train, noticed the PT was was still charging.
I will try rebooting,(after the maintenance) but i just reported same issue while playing. I will say that I was one of the people that time seemed to speed ahead prior to the update. The 1 1/2 hrs it was supposed to take was closer to 1 hr before. So thank you for that little perk. :cool:
Edit: so i just rebooted my iPad and went back to HayDay, and it seems that the clock on my personal train is only moving when I am actually in the game. So, yes, it is in fact an issue for me. I will deal with it.
I've also noticed this. The first time I wondered if I visited my neighbors in my sleep and didn't remember, but it keeps happening.
Yes, for us as well. It happened multiple times the last few days, where i pick up town visitors and go back 3 hours later and train has another hour and a half to recharge -- and I have upgraded my PT to 90 min maintenance time :(Quote:

Not counting down. Sometimes it seems to work fine, other times not. Last night I shut down with under 3 hours to go and this morning I still had 2 1/2 hours left. I just set a stop watch and it has 4 minutes showing but my train has only gone down 1 minute.
I agree. I checked again, and now it is better than before even though i logged out. Now my train runs 15-20 min. to slow.

I just sent my personal train to Greg's neighborhood and it never left my town. It was automatically in maintenance and the passenger never arrived.
To players experiencing this issue could you please send me or another mod a private message including your player ID ?
We can then pass them on to be investigated. Please note do not post them on this thread but send them in a PM.
How to get your player ID ?
Tap the settings cog top left of the screen in Hay Day
Tap help and support
Tap report and issue
Tap report problem.
This will now generate and email. In the part which says do not delete it lists your player ID.
You won't have to send out the email as that won't reach us so PM us the ID.

My personal train maintenance time is not correct. I used the train yesterday evening and it still shows 50 minutes left. Is this a glitch?

As you can see, the only visible pre-filled info is the name of my farm
Tap the image icon (first of the two images top right of screen) to add a screenshot, tap the arrow/triangular plane icon to send your message. I haven't dared to send so I don't know what happens next :) (Edit! I sent something and it switched automatically back into my game with a little notification telling me my message had been received.)

I'm having same proble. My train maintenance is 2.5 hours. For second night in a row, my train is still in maintenance when I wake up in the morning when it has been 7 or 8 hours since last used. Something is not right.
My personal train is supposed to come every 3 hours. I last sent it OVER 9 hours ago, and the maintenance says I still need to wait another 2 hours before using it again.
I would like all my upgrade bars back please, if this is how it's going to work now.
(I'm using an iPhone 4S running iOS 7.1.2)

I reported same issue this morning thru the game. Got home from work tonight and the same thing. Reg train came but I couldn't send out my PT. I do know that previously there was a glitch that was allowing me to get my PT about every hour instead of hour and a half. This was known and I suppose being worked on.
Thank you everyone for sending in your player IDs. We have passed them all on to Supercell and they have enough IDs now to investigate the problem and have been working on it.
Unfortunately I don't have any more information to share about this issue at the moment but just wanted to thank you all for your help and let you know Supercell is working on it.

Last night my train was ready to be used i looked at a few neighbours and they didnt have anyone i wanted to pick up so i waited and didnt use the train. I went back about an hour later to check for new visitors waiting but the clock had reset back to 6 hours.
I thought this was odd and put it down to a random bug.
This morning my train was ready to go again, I again visited a couple neighbours to see who needs picking up but again there was no one worth picking up as i need 5 people to fill my personal train so im a bit picky. This time I only went and made a coffee and walked the dog, came back to try again and the clock had reset to 37mins until train would be ready.
Ive never had this error before since i unlocked the train but this started after the patch i think.
When i first come onto game in morning my personal train still has hours left before I can pick any passengers up, this has only been happening since update!
I have checked twice now:
My personal trains maintenance time is 1 h 30 m.
The actual maintenance time is 1 h 50 m.
Others with the same experience?

I just got a bit of feedback for those whose timer appears to be running in slow motion. It seems that, for some, the incorrect, slowed-down time version of this multifaceted issue is visual only. The timer IS apparently counting down correctly but only shows the wrong time. Guess we'll each have to keep close tabs and see.
Until this update, the personal train always came sooner than it said it would. I use a timer app to remind me when certain things finish and a 5 hour wait would usually take about 3:30. Naturally I wasn't complaining but still worked to get my time down to 2 hours.
Now, I log in for the first time today and find that my train still has 46 mins waiting time. I suspect it is only counting down while I am playing as I last picked up visitors at least 16 hours ago!
Needless to say, I won't be bothering with the town until this is sorted

Normally i put people in the b&B when the train arrives. They are finished about 15 min. before the new train arrives. Same this time - only the people in B&B had 47 min. left.
Please supercell. Something is very wrong. I hope you can fix it. it is very annoying. I love the game and i appreciate the effort you do. And i know this has only been a few days, but it feels like forever :)
Please help the one of us who has this problem. Obvious not all of us but i suspect we are a lot anyway.

Last night i sent the personal train away to pick up visitors just before going to sleep.
I had it come into the station, offload the people and i started assigning them to the requested shops. I waited until the train was fully back in it's place and the hose connected to the front. Clicked the train and it said maintenance time was 4:30
This morning i wanted to send the train off but much to my surprise the timer said 4:07 until it would be finished.
Seems that the timer stopped counting Down about the time i turned the game off and went to sleep.
After the last update my personal train is barely able to pick up visitors 2 times where before i had 3-4 pickups a day.
Please fix this stupid bug. It seems that it is so big that it must be possible to find it.
Playing on android, if that matters.
Basically having the same issues as the last person. Personal train doesn't keep ticking down overnight. But I'm on IOS with an ipod touch. Still four hours left after taking a break from the game for 12 hours.
I'm not taking a break from the town, but I am kicking many extra visitors out of town just to make myself feel better. :)
That was the original glitch to the PT that you mention and also was NOT the intended design. The train timer then would cut OFF time when one signed in so maintenance was never the full amount. That glitch was a great exploit that lots of folks took advantage of before they fixed it. Apparently, you never noticed that it was fixed weeks ago and the train worked as designed until this update.Quote:

Truly wish it were otherwise but rebooting did not reinstate the personal train. This has happened on several occasions and I just can't use more diamonds to get it running on time. LOVE THE GAME! Can this be fixed?Quote:

8 hours away from the game, and the train counted down for 10 minutes. On the other hand, the regular train, you know, the one with guests who mostly have 3 stops to make, that one runs right on time.

Yesterday morning, my personal train was in repair with the full 5:30hrs of waiting after being in repair for 7 hours (sleep time.). I didn't pick up anyone and I always make sure to exit after the train is fully parked before leaving the train station.
This morning, there were 2:54 hours left repairing my personal train, even though it had been repairing the whole night again. So I have to wait twice as much to pick up clients to feed.

This is a known issue, as you can see, that has been affecting many users randomly since the bee update. SC had put a fix into one of the maintenance updates but it didn't work completely. They are actively working for repair this issue all the way around.
My issue seems to have been resolved with the maintenance that was done the other day.
Thank you SC. I'm sure that many of the other players will be back on the right time schedule soon.

Echo other users, this issue is still not fixed.
I don't have the issue previously but I am having it now.
I went to sleep expecting to use the train the next morning but was left disappointed that the timer is stuck.
The train is not taking the amount of maintenance time it is supposed to. For the last few nights, I've gone to bed and woken up with the train still having a couple of hours maintenence time left! It's the same today as I transferred passengers this morning at 9am and is now after 6 and it's saying it still has 2hr 48 to go! It should be operating every 4 hours
Although this glitch was supposed to be fixed ...it isn't.
This problem is intermittent for me. Some days the personal train is ready and waiting when I wake, sometimes not, but I don't know what the affecting factor is!
when the town first came about, I was one of those who's PT refreshed too early. Too short a maintenance down time.
Now we have the opposite problem.
i also had a time glitch with the bees the first time I logged on after the Halloween error. The honeycombs were not ready to harvest which they should have been.

Still having trouble with the personal train. When I get off the game at night, the time on the train seems to stop and then picks up where I left off in the morning. Never used to do this before the new iOS update. Got up this morning after being off the game for about 8 hours and I still had 2 1/2 hours left on the train. The problem is not intermittent for me at night. The personal train always shows four plus hours after a full night of not playing the game. I was also one of those whose PT's sometimes refreshed too early. I'm only getting one or two personal trains per day vs. at least four regular trains. It's messed up and affecting my enjoyment of the game. I have a great neighborhood, and I'm usually able to pick up 10 passengers per personal train. It's especially infuriating waiting all day for the personal train and then finding only a few passengers to pick up after scouring the neighborhood, knowing I'm not going to have another personal train coming for a long time.Quote:

Happening for me too - I'm a little bored with hayday and hoped the bees would renew my love for it. When I first logged on, my bees weren't counting down unless I was online. Now it's my train. I go away for days and come back and it's still in maintenance. Supercell you've pretty much lost me.

My personal train was """READY""" yesterday before going to bed. When I opened the app this am, my train was at 5:04 (and it's 5:30 hours.) How could minutes go down when I'm not even awake yet?!?!?!? Did my iPad turn on by itself? I don't think so.

It's playing up for me again. Just visited town for first time today, and train is still in maintenance. Extremely frustrating when I have to spend a lot of time trawling through my neighbours to find enough passengers only to find I cant pick them up.
I had hoped Saturday morning's break would fix the train. It was OK yesterday and this morning it was also fine when I first went to the town. However when I went back a 2nd time a few mins later to use the train it was showing 2 1/2 hours maintenance. So clearly the bug is not fixed. Disappointing.

I live/work with a software engineer it is important to give them specific observations, like you all are doing.
When I went to town this morning my the PT was ready to go, then I started loading people into buildings. When I came back to my towns later, the PT was in maintenance about the time I first went into town. So my PT will be ready again (I hope) when I go back in 3 hours to put my passengers on the platform.

I'm having the same issue. My PT is never ready when I log in. My maintenance time is 1.5 hours so when I wake up in the mornings it should be ready to go... Never is. I just logged in for the first time today and it still had 1 hour 22 mins. Really? I've asked my neighbors but they don't seem to be having this problem. Is anyone working on this? The update was a while ago!
Hi. I am experiencing this problem again.
I was part of the group the mods reported to SC when this first occurred. I also reported the problem to SC directly. A couple of days later I received a reply to my email stating the issues has been resolved. And indeed it was resolved. But I just went to my town 5 minutes ago and the train was still in maintenance with 3 hrs left. The last time I played and used the PT was about 11 hrs ago. I seem to be experiencing the problem again.
