I got a response today to my original complaint, and it was an apology for the delay in responding and a statement that they are trying to fix the problem.

Over 12 hours since my last personal train, and my personal train clock is finally getting close to being ready. I've tried using the TNT and the dynamite on the regular train to keep those 3-stop visitors from arriving, but nothing seems to keep that one from running on time.

Hi. I got a reply to my latest email in which I was reporting this issue. The person stated in the email that SC is aware of the problem and that they will be releasing a stable solution as soon as they can.

Although the problem is still not resolved, I am happy they replied to my two emails about this issue quite fast, within 24 hrs. Nice surprise there.

I have had it happen a couple of times now. I sent out my PT before I left for work this morning. When I just now got on more than 12 hours later, it stated my PT was in maintenance and had 1 hr 25 mins to go, which meant only 5 mins had passed, not the 12 hours since I last sent out my PT. I rebooted and it was still the same. This is a bug and needs fixed.

The maintanence time for personal train is 6 hours. I closed Hay Day for 9 hours as I was sleeping and when I wake up, I saw there were 5 hours 10 mins left for perwonal trqin to be maintanened! Why??

I ran into the same maintenance issue. It was 9 hours since I sent out my last train and went back to my town with 48 minutes until it was ready. I messaged the mod my game info as requested in the beginning of the thread.

I am having the same issue. I sent PT last night b4 bed and logged onto game for first time 12 hrs later and my PT is still in maintenance. Supercell please do a maintenance update to fix the issue....right away. Thank you!:rolleyes:

My feedback is that they are still working on this and hope to get something out to us soon. Nothing for us to do but continue to be patient.

Thanks for the update. Happened again to me this morning. So frustrating waiting for the PT train to be ready :/

I have the same problem and so does my gf. Very annoyed to wake up with random hours still on it, like 2 hours left today, while I slept for 8, and my train maintenance time is 4,5 hours.
