I see what you mean, vicy77. I admit, this spell is pretty complex. But, if you think about it, EVERYTHING in the game is complicated. Take the PEKKA, for example. It sounds amazing when looking at the stats, with 2800 health and 240 damage per second at level 1. But when you use them in battle, they get crushed! Why? Because their DPS is very deceiving. They attack much slower than once per second, so although they do massive damage per hit, they attack very slowly--slower that everything else in the game. This rule is the same with nearly every other troop and defense in the game. Almost nothing actually attacks once per second. Also, look at Wizard Towers. They have low health, low damage, and low range. At the highest level, they only do as much DPS as a Cannon level 8! So, why are they mowing down those barbarians in battle? First of all, they apply to the rule above, where they do not attack exactly once per second (it is actually once every 1.5 seconds, meaning they do 50% more damage than what is displayed in the stats). Second, they do area damage, which means to determine exactly how much damage PER HIT they do, you must calculate this: [Current damage per second x 1.5 x number of targets hit.] So, they can annihilate those hordes of cheap troops that would otherwise cause chaos. Does this satisfy you? (By the way, you spelled 'should' wrong.)
