Clan Idea or Help.

Hello this is OmniShade and my request is that may there be an option to impeach or kick the leader in replace for another. The leader of my clan is my friend and he lost his phone and did not use Game Center to hook up with Clash of Clans. He made another account and his old account is basically a waist of space for Clan Wars. If there can be a way to change leaders in clans please add it if you think this is a good idea. I know some people who don't like there leader but love the other people in the clan. Thank you for your time for reading this and I would love a reply. Thanks!
